I usually have no issue outside of cashiers not being friendly which I do not care about but here is what I do care about…do not cough all over your hands and then get mad when I ask you to sanitize before you touch my groceries or my money and then give me an attitude about it. That is disgusting. There are plenty of people with babies or weakened immune systems so if you work in a place with high levels of contact then be courteous and use hygiene etiquette!!!

Let me start off by saying Ms. Angela Powell went above and beyond today. I came in shopping and was looking for a specific gum and noticed they were out. Ms. Powell noticed I was looking for it and went right to the pile of boxes for stocking and didn't stop looking until she found it. Now that's what I call wonderful customer service. She's awesome in my book and made my day 😃. Thanks Ms. Powell keep being awesome.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! Customers are the worst people I have ever dealt with in my life! We had a wonderful manager who kept the store clean, stocked, and running at 110% also kept all of the customers and employees happy. Upper management ruined this store! The last managers at this store are Ill fit for the position and have no regard for your well being! Will not give you breaks, CAN'T EVEN USE THE BATHROOM and Will threaten to write you up for anything.

It's hit or miss with dollar tree. It's not a store problem it's a shipment problem and a truck problem. All in all love this place though

This store is very well stocked, clean and friendly. Having read some reviews I needed to express I'm there often and always treated well. What reviews would some of these individuals get if it could be posted about as a customer how rude , disrespectful and out right degrading to the employees.

I went to check out and walked to a register where a girl is sitting. She continues her conversation with another worker and after a few minutes let’s me know that her register is closed. They tell me to move to another register and I wait another few minutes and she tells her coworker to go to the register to check me out so she doesn’t get a bad google review. Truly I wish I could use self checkout everywhere because the fact that these people get paid money to sit there and not help customers blows my mind. I’ll never be back to that dollar tree.

LB was more than amazing! I came in for 6 items and the store being so clean made me interested in shopping more -just seeing everything so neatly laid out !! I like to think of myself as a Dollar Tree connoisseur because I go so much! This is my first time here and first time leaving a review ever … that speaks volume! I even posted on instagram and told my husband how clean it was !!! Go LB & team!!!

I saw that they had a plastic skull here or skeleton but I looked everywhere and they don't have it. The workers were very nice tonight.

August 30, 2024 we stood in line over 5 minutes waiting on a cashier with 3 employees standing in the doorway of the office discussing an incident. I thought I heard one of the employees say you have a person at your register, still no one came to the register to check us out. One of the employees that had been crying walk over to a register and threw something then says a cuss word. One employee comes out and does something at the register, writes on a paper and goes back. One employee gets on the intercom and calls for another employee. That employee that called for another employee starts checking us out never apologizing for the wait. When the employee that she called arrives at the register the one that called said I'll let you finish. I started talking to my husband about the ordeal and finds out that was the manager that called for the employee. The manager stood in the doorway of the office over 5 minutes talking to two other employees all while we were standing to be checked out. I wonder would this have happened if the customer and the employee the manager called for on the intercom had been caucasian? Just wondering? If managers are not going to be professional and do right how can you expect the other employees to be professional and do right?

I buy stuff that makes sense. Unfortunately I don't like to use t h e one store# 1755.
It doesn't even seem legit when you are here and the ugly fat manager who wears all the dollar tree makeup is in the store. Apparently it's OK to bring your brat kids to work with you. Almost evertime I'm having to go in this one the ugly fat rude manager is there. All she does is stay on her phone, yell at the kids and never EVER has she greeted me nor has she said thank you. She sucks, this location sucks, get some decent staff. The sweet older lady is great and the girl with green hair. The rest of them are terrible.

Hey ? I truly have to say, This Dollar ? Tree ? Store. Is the cleanest & neat, everything in the store has home. Employees are very nice.. If I could honestly give this store # 10 -- I definitely would do it.. Keep up the hard work & thriving in Madison..

I love the Dollar Tree. I found a cork screw for $1.25 when the other stores wanted $8-$12. And the $8 ones were out of stock. The Dollar Tree had 20 of them in stock! I always find great deals here. Friendly staff too!
