There were tons of empty shelves. It looks like the store was going out of business. There was one poor lady working the cash registers alone with a long line. I'd say the store needs to hire some more people. I feel bad for the employees.

I’m at a loss for this store. I’m not sure if they are short staffed or just don’t have a leader that’s good at delegate the work load. Shelves are bare, merchandise is still in boxes on the floor and the stuff on the shelves looks like it was ransacked by a toddler. Not to mention the cashier that seems to be either on some type of controlled substance or coming off of it. I genuinely felt sorry and hope the best for her.

This is one of the nicest ones that I've been in that is fully stocked most of the time it is hard to keep a place like this full of product but they look like they do the best in town.

I js needed a gift bag when the first lady said credit only so i went to the next station and the next person had the nerves to say "this my last customer". I ONLY HAD ONE ITEM🤦🏽♀️. Since im in a rush the last one had a man that had a whole bucket full of things🤦🏽♀️

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from the store manager at the Dollar General in our neighborhood. During my recent visit to ask for an item that i clearly saw. I encountered a significant lack of professionalism and courtesy. The manager's behavior was notably rude and dismissive, which is entirely unacceptable for someone in a position of leadership and customer service. Despite my polite request for assistance, the manager said they didn't have it displaying an uncooperative and hostile attitude. This level of service falls short of the standards expected from a reputable establishment like Dollar General. I urge you to address this matter promptly to ensure that such incidents do not recur.

This place was a disaster. Crazy dirty. Crazy disorganized. That being said, I have no idea as to why. Understaffed? Do the managers have any say in the place or is it all corporate? My concern is the District Manager who is in charge of this location. But the staff have always been nice.

The man who worked there yelled at me for trying to steal. He asked me if I wanted to buy the bell at the cash register and I was confused because, no, I didn’t. Then he yelled at me while I was leaving about something he didn’t ring up and said that’s what he was talking about instead of the bell (which he was clearly pointing at). It was rude and uncalled for, and he shouldn’t be working if he can’t distinguish between a bell and a toy.

I like this Dollar Tree!! It's my go to store for gift bags, tissue paper, package bows, and helium balloons! I've purchased lots of items here for church donations such as going away gifts for college kids, and stocking stuffers. Also they have a good assortment of greeting cards for cheap! I've gotten cleaning supplies here also. Customer service here is friendly and helpful if they aren't covered up with business and the store is neat and organized. I've used their website to order things for Mom and the prices are super cheap and shipping is free if you spend enough money and it's not much maybe $25.00. I've had great experiences both in store and online! Do shop at Dollar Tree and don't sleep on their website! Thanks Dollar Tree! Thanks Dollar Tree!

The cashiers are friendly, but clearly they don't have enough staff to stock the store. The last few times I've gone in, the shelves were almost barren and they didn't have what I needed. I think I'll stick with the location on Highway 20 from now on. That one is at least a little better.

Went for fake flowers and the selection was lacking. Even the Christmas flowers was sparse. I thought they would have more of a selection.

I have been shopping at this store since it opened. Customer service now is horrible. It’s a shame. They used to have such friendly people.

Drove to Madison and saw a dollar tree, which I love but, was stunned the condition is in. Management needs to be fired, shut it down, clean it up and find excellent management

This dollar tree is the worst kept unorganized, nasty dollar tree store I have ever been into. The shelves are empty pretty much and boxes on the floors, cart blocking the isles, staff unhelpful and unfriendly and act like zombies. I would never suggest coming to this dollar tree store in Madison Alabama
