“On January 7th2026, I went to UBREAKIFIX for a battery replacement on my Samsung S25 plus. Justin’s customer service and communication was top notch and my phone was repaired. The only complaint that I have is that at 3 pm I was told my phone was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my phone, I had to wait an extra hour to pick it up, this was no fault of the employees because there was a system issue. Other than that minor issue, I am very pleased with the service that I received from this store, and I will be coming here again if any other service needs arise.”

“This was the first time I have ever been to The Smartphone Medics, and it will likely not be my last. The team was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about what all they do. I had my phone screen and battery replaced, both of which have made me feel as though I once again have a brand new phone! On top of that, the service was completed in a timely manner, despite them having to work on other customers ahead of me. I am greatly appreciative of Austin, and the rest of the staff!
