“I took an overheating MSI laptop here. Diagnostics were reasonable in price & done promptly. Sadly the cost of repair was too high. They put my files on a thumb drive in exchange for the MSI for parts. Highly recommend.”

“On January 7th2026, I went to UBREAKIFIX for a battery replacement on my Samsung S25 plus. Justin’s customer service and communication was top notch and my phone was repaired. The only complaint that I have is that at 3 pm I was told my phone was ready. Upon arrival to pick up my phone, I had to wait an extra hour to pick it up, this was no fault of the employees because there was a system issue. Other than that minor issue, I am very pleased with the service that I received from this store, and I will be coming here again if any other service needs arise.”

“I saw a listing on Facebook Marketplace from Jeff for an iPad at the center, then decided to come in the store to look at other options. Reko was there and assisted us to find what we needed, was honest with us, and helped us with every question we had! No matter how small! He also did not “salesman hover” while we were looking. It was a very pleasant experience. Reko was extremely helpful and friendly! Great experience overall! The product is great and I am sure I will be back for future purchases!”
