Trash. Reserved a truck twice for next day early am pick up. Drove there but no truck. Did it twice I'll never use them again but I saved money with another company and better service.

My mom had a reservation for almost 2 weeks for a pickup truck due to us moving furniture down to Mobile. Steve called my mom 6 mins before closing the day before us picking up the truck stating they didn't have one avail. I called the airport and gave them my mom's reservation # and saw that this location did in fact have a truck in their inventory. The next day when we went to go pick up the truck, Ayeala J. was so proffessional and nice and showed us a transit truck. Steve was insiide the busn and when he saw me get out of my mom's car and go look with her at the transit van (I am multi-racial and my mom is white), when they went back inside, Steve told Ayeala to give us the trashy van that fedex uses (how do we know that? because there was a sticker on the hood). Also sitting in between one of the transit vans and the trashy fedex van, was silver pickup truck that had a sticker that said enterprise truck rentals on it. The next day bringing back trashy fedex van, a light came on that said something like battery not charging. Steve wanted us, the customer, to take the van to the nearest firestone or pepboys. Steve called my mom back while I was trying to find the nearest firestone and said take the van to the Saraland enterprise loccation and get another veh to return in. We were supposed tobe back at 5pm, we were not. When my mom parked the truck in the parkinglot that night, the silver picckup was not there.....AT ALL. And when my mom returned the truck keys, there was a man picking up a truck and he was told $100 deposit, we were told $300 deposit. Steve is a racist and is sexist. And I dont understand why he is able to run a bussiness like enterprise. Ayeala deserves a raise, especially if she has to constantly deal with racism and sexism from coworkers and management.

The manager David Harwell, is the only complaint I have. Extremely unfriendly, uniformed, and rude. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come to this location.

Don’t try to call and don’t even bother going in. It takes over an hour to get anyone to answer their phone and they leave people in the lobby. We had a reservation for a month and they couldn’t have the car ready at the scheduled pick up time. They will just waste your time. Also instead of hiring more people they just lean into, “well only two people work here.” There’s a real simple solution to that problem ?

I got a call saying a piece of furniture I ordered had come in, and needed to be picked up ASAP. I called Enterprise Truck Rental in Madison and can't say enough good about them! Since it was for next day rental, and I was calling at 3 PM, I was expecting an "I can't help you." Well, they proved me wrong! They told me they expected 2 vans to be delivered before they closed at 4 PM, and said they would call me back when they found out more, and if I hadn't heard by 3:50, they may have gotten busy so call back. At about 3:50, when I was ready to hear, sorry, we can't help you, I instead heard, we got 2 vans in, and you can pick which size you need! I got their this morning, and they had a tape measure to see which one I needed! Every person I talked to did all they could to help me! I was so impressed with the helpful attitude, the professionalism, and the sense of humor all of the employees had! And, the rental was over $100 cheaper than going through Uhaul or others! This is the 2nd time I have rented through this location, and I will always call them first and recommend them. Now after saying all that, I DO NOT recommend calling at the last minute and DO realize they may not be able to get what I need under those circumstances, but I still would have thanked them, just for trying and calling me back! That alone is more than most others will do!Thanks to all of you!

I had a last minute need of a rental car and they worked diligently to make sure I had transportation. Everyone I have worked with at Enterprise has been very helpful and exceptionally professional.
