We rented here before coming to town and are really happy with the unit. It’s clean, in good condition, and a great location. Callie was super friendly and welcoming. We recommend this location if you need storage in Madison.

I'm very happy with my experience here! The process of renting was very streamlined. We were headed that way with a Uhaul before I started the rental process (not very smart to wait until the last minute but couldn't be helped). I filled out the information online and when I got there 15min later I was greeted by a very kind and friendly person. He had our key ready (even cut open the plastic pack for us, we all know how annoying those are) and a handy wallet card with all needed information. The unit was clean, ready and easily accessed. Best of all, the price was half of every option we had in Decatur. Great job! 😊

They made the process of getting a storage unit very easy. The initial rate was very competitive and reasonable. The unit itself was in great condition and very easy to access. When we were done with the unit, they closed everything out same day. If we need storage again, we'll be back here for sure!

Constant gate issues that cannot be remotely solved. Since I started renting here in November, I have had to call tech support 6 times and they have NEVER been able to help. Yes I am using the correct code.

We had a wonderful experience here! The staff was super helpful and welcoming. I can get nervous about leaving my things in storage, but Callie answered all of my questions and walked us through the security steps they have in place. The units felt really safe and they even have climate control ? definitely using them again in the future!

DO NOT DO IT! There is absolutely nothing different or special about this storage facility. However, bank on the fact that they WILL jack your rate up ridiculously. My units' cost went up by 31 dollars EACH after only being there 3 months. I have rented storage units all over the US (still have 2 out west) and this kind of nonsense has never occurred anywhere else, in the 30 years I have been doing the storage thing. This is a way to screw your current customers instead of focusing your marketing efforts to bring in new customers. So my bills just got increased by an extra 60 bucks a month. If I could afford it I'd move my stuff out of there quick fast and in a hurry. However, since I can't, I'm just stuck. Please learn from my mistake. Go to a uHaul storage facility! You're better off.

I will say that the lady working here Michelle is a honest, and worth while employee. Only honest and good worker, and appreciate her courteousness and help and giving me a hand to get a storage area.
