This location is a joke. I started off with a 10x20' unit paying a little over $100/mo. Before long, they increased it to ~$180 and I ended up paying $206/mo. They automatically adjust your prices up.. but don't expect them to adjust them back down. I called recently and mentioned that they have the same 10x20' unit listed on their site for $54.50/mo. I asked if they could adjust my rate down to that and I was told, no, that's just for new customers, not for customers that have been with us for as long as you have.. 3 years.Basically, the whole thing is a scam. They lure you in with a low price, and then drastically increase it because they're banking on the idea that people won't be willing to come pack up all their stuff and move it somewhere else, but I did.Also, this location hasn't had a working gate in a LONG time. Which means, especially if you have an inside unit, anyone can walk in, go to the inside and close the door and do.. whatever. We had stuff stolen but it's not worth the fight with them to try and get paid back for it, plus, you'd have to know everything that was stolen and we don't. So, with no working gate, don't expect your stuff to be secured at all.
