My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but never left the facility i tried calling but customer service was no help today is a new day and my package still hasnt left the facility i am VERY upset DO NOT USE FEDEX!!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would. The delivery driver keeps delivering packages to the wrong address for just about everyone in our neighborhood. It’s almost as if they intentionally deliver every single package to one house in our neighborhood and is expecting that homeowner to deliver all of the mis-delivered packages to the rest of our neighborhood. Ridiculous!
Here is his photo from a screenshot that I took from my camera footage. Here, he is delivering my ‘neighbors’ package to ‘my’ house. He also left the package in the driveway instead of leaving it on my covered front porch or my covered side porch where I have a package delivery box. At this point, I don’t think retraining would help. He should be fired.
Where do they find these people??? People should stop using FedEx and make them suffer the consequences of hiring lazy, incompetent people just to have a warm body and prompt them to start hiring people again who will actually do the job they were hired to do and do it right. Be the solution, not the problem!
And if you are this delivery driver and you are seeing this, SHAME ON YOU SIR!!! Or if you know this guy, tell him to DO BETTER!!!

I was expecting my new phone it got dropped off somewhere and was told had to contact driver and have him deliver to right address bad thing driver could not be found because nobody would answer the Madison, Alabama phone at all! So far phone has been in heat and rain for two days so probably if they find it it's no good anymore and they want me to contact the shipper the shipper didn't deliver to wrong place the driver did or stole phone one of the two

If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with this company has been terrible. I paid for two day shipping and it took over a week to get my packages. No one will answer the phones to help and every time I called the automated system, it said my packages could not be located. If I had my choice, I would never use FedEx again. I am a local business owner and the packages were very important to my business and time sensitive, and my time is very important. I wasted about a week of my time waiting for these packages. Someone changed the delivery instructions without my consent. I was not notified in anyway that the delivery instructions had been changed. This is absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company in my 50 years on this earth. If you have a choice, do not use this company!

Tracking shows my package arrived at the facility Sept 5 and as of Sept 11 has still not been delivered to my house. Customer service nonexistent. Do not use FedEx, or if you have the option to ship to store, choose that instead.

Today is day 5 my package has been labeled out for delivery. The best part is this makes seven days now for an EBAY order. It began three hours away!
Update: Day five they didn't deliver. Fingers crossed for day 6 of being told your package is out for delivery

. My package shows that it’s been on a truck out for delivery for two days.Called customer service just to be given the runaround by the automated system for 30 minutes. Then when I got an actual person on the phone the agent was not helpful at all just said it will be 24 to 48 hours while they do an investigation.

I would give no stars if I could. They keep our packages in the Madison facility for over a week and claim it is on a truck to be delivered every day then they send an exception message. Not to mention they don’t deliver to the correct address in Cullman. What a shame they have turned out to be.
