Starting to believe drivers are intentionally misdilvering things to their friends and families homes. The address is correct on the order plus the gps scanning system would alert to them being at the wrong house. The proof of delivery is at a strangers house. Do better.

Update: I finally got my package a week late after I told them 3 times I didn’t want it anymore because i already got a refund and they delivered it anyway.
Avoid getting packages through this place at all costs. Every package is delayed because they “cant find my address” even though they have been here multiple times and called multiple times to confirm where it is. Why is there no permanent note about my address? Why did they call the first two times to find my house but now for a third time I get no call and my package is a “shipping exception” because they “couldn’t locate recipient”. I ordered through Walmart and they use fedex I guess.I would Never choose to use them on my own after this.

Customer service is no help !!!!!!! Its been 2 days and my package still hasn't left the store !!! They are basically getting a free check because they DEFINITELY aren't doing there job !!!!!!!! WORST place EVER if it was up to me this is not the service i would of used and because of restrictions of my shipper i can go and pick my package up !!! Im completely PISSED and feel like i will never receive my package 🤬🤬🤬

FedEx is not there anymore. Very frustrating trip driving around trying to find it only to discover it isn’t there anymore. Walgreens will take packages for FedEx now.

FedEx delivered thousands of dollars of government equipment to my home. I was supposed to sign for it, but it was left Without a signature. FEDEX forged my signature And the equipment sat on my front porch for over 30 hours before I Realized it was there.

Worst experience I have ever had. Wasted leave from work no delivery. Wasted another day of leave morning delivery then afternoon delivery then no delivery. Terrible! Now waiting to a third day. No delivery. . FEDEX Madison Al should be ashamed of how they manage and run their office and deliveries. Corporate should fire the managers at this office for the worst customer support and delivery protocols in the world. This is a shame that something this bad even exists. How can FEDEX do this to people with no repercussions? Time is money. They need to be sued .

An unlabled truck with 2 workers in FedEx uniforms BARRLED through my neighborhood. The speed limit in the entire neighborhood is 25mph, which they were FAR exceeding. My autistic son was outside playing on the sidewalk when this happened. I waited for them to make their delivery and I was going to stop them and ask them to please slow down. They saw me standing waiting for them and they floored it. I have their plate and have contacted FedEx, I'll be contacting local police too. They were being completely reckless.

Hate to even give Fed-Ex a one star, my package was to be out for delivery on 5/14/25 between 11:30 and 1:30. I got a text message about 11:00 stating my package would be delivered 5/15/25 between 10:00 and 2:00. I called and was told the driver had attempted delivery to deliver but had no contact, which was a lie because we were home looking for our delivery. Plus the email came before it was scheduled to be delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would, but since that’s not an option, 1 it is. IF my packages arrive at my house it’s always a day later than it’s supposed to be. Literally “out on the truck and delivery between 10:30-330”. I MAY get it the following day and still not in the timeframe window given. I’d be happy if it just arrived the day it’s supposed to, doesn’t even have to be in their time frame given. But I always get a message at 9:08 pm that they are sorry and my packages have been rescheduled for delivery the next day. WTH FED EX?! I guess I should just be happy with late packages as long as they arrive, it’s not like I’m paying for a service..oh wait. I AM! But oh well…at least they have been delivering them to my home and not my neighbors house a mile down the street anymore.

Some examples of the photos I get. Almost never get my package to my house. Yet another one says delivered looks like it's in a bush? Definitely not at my place. Worst delivery drivers and ZERO customer service.
