They never get my address correct, then when I call I am talked to very rudely by their so called customer service representative. This occurs every single time I getting a package that is unfortunately being delivered by Fed Ex, UPS never has an issue. I currently have packages that were supposed to have been delivered over a week ago that still show on truck for delivery ?. If I could rate them a negative I would!

Lost my package said that they came to my house twice but left no tag talked to someone I couldn't understand called twice different people but still couldn't understand still. Haven't received my package or heard from them

Deplorable services, horrible out of time frame delivery for specified delivery, been waiting since last Friday and yet 8 fed ex trucks have passed my front door yet not one stopped, sure they are routed differently but damn I been on this porch all day.

My package arrived to the local fedex facility and was recorded as “delayed” bc of essentially “cold weather”. I drive for UPS and we delivered every package that made it to our local facility that day. I delivered 90 stops. FedEx constantly does this type of thing, I have no confidence in them at all when it comes to “on time delivery”. I wish we had a choice who we ship with when we order from companies bc I would absolutely never choose fedex in my area over Ups .

Worst company in the history of shipping. Day after day they say they tried to deliver but nobody was home. And my wife has been home everyday. Reviewed security footage and not once have they been to my house. They have the laziest delivery men I have ever seen. To lazy to even do there jobs. Never have a problem with UPS. I don't know why anybody uses them I will not buy anything else that ships with FedEx. I've had this same problem for a year now. One of my packages was marked out for delivery everyday for 2 weeks before I got it. Customer service is no help. Fedex you need to look at your company and do alot of firing and hire some good help. When company get purchases canceled because they use FedEx your company is going to go under as it should because of poor management.

I received an email that my package had been delivered to my front door. It had not. I called FedEx and got customer service in India and told them that my package was not delivered and that I had cameras around my house and FedEx had not been. They tried to say that it had been delivered but to a different address. They even have a picture on their website of "Proof of delivery" and it's not even my house. I ask if they would simply retrieve the package and bring it to me. They would not. They told me it was not their fault and that I should contact the shipper. Then they said that the tracking number that I had was wrong. I ask them if it was wrong then how was it that their website showed that they had delivered a package to my address the day before. They didn't have an answer for that. FedEx has horrible customer service. FedEx lost my package and will do nothing to find it.

No option for ZERO stars. This place does not deserve a star. My package was supposed to arrive on 12/6. The driver pulled in my driveway at around 9:15 that night. Sat in his/her truck, then left. Did not leave a package. Soon after I get a notification on my phone from FedEx stating that delivery was attempted no one home. That is BS because a signature was not required. Should have been left on my doorstep. So I called FedEx customer service, which isn't easy to get through to a person, on several occasions only to get one excuse after the other. First was delivery attempt which I already explained. Next was circumstances beyond their control, whatever that means. And then it was weather conditions. Now I don't know about most folks, but around here most of us do drive when it is raining. Was told a case worker would be in touch with me. Well, no one ever called me. On 12/9 I look out my window and see a FedEx truck at my neighbors house. I'm thinking maybe she has my package, so I stood at my window and watched to see if she pulls in my driveway. She backs out and comes toward my house but drives on past very slowly,,,,,,then opens my mailbox and puts my package in my box. I don't know if FedEx and their drivers realize that it is against the law for them or anyone else other than the owners and USPS to be in any ones mailbox. Nice FedEx. I sat and watched her do this.

A package delivery was attempted, but the door tag left got rained on and is completely illegible, and fell apart. I called customer service,but you cannot get to a human without a door tag number or a tracking number. I cannot get any information about the package.Combine this event with the fact that I was once disqualified from competing on a contract with fed ex because our bid was not delivered in time due to shipper errors. She shipper was fed ex. I use the United States Post Office whenever possible, because I can reach a human if there is a problem

No option for ZERO Stars. Its beyond frustrating to find out a package has been shipped via FedEx because one will automatically know that problems are about to occur. I have yet to have anything delivered to my home, it normally takes calling all neighbors to find my package. Most recently, my package is sitting at a ship center for pickup which is 1.5 hours away. It is sitting there because the driver didnt attempt to deliver it. I work from home and i was home all day/night on the date the driver didnt deliver. I called FedEx support 4 times. 3 times they have told me that they would ensure that it would be delivered the next day. 4th time, the rep said the other 3 people were wrong and that the only option is for me to take off work to drive 1.5 hours one way to pick up the package that i paid fedex to deliver.FedEx is a sham

FedEx updated my tracking yesterday and said it was delivered at my house on my front porch. I was sitting on my porch all day waiting on my package they never arrived. Evidently they left it at someone else's house and I cannot get customer service to help me find it. Hopefully someone will see this message and reach out to me

package marked as delivered, nowhere to be found... and not the first time either. once with a $60 desk (neighbor brought it to me), once with a $500 watch (eventually made it's way to me after i reported it, thankfully) & now with a nordstrom order. guess my neighbors get to enjoy this one... no resolution offered after investigating simply because it was scanned as delivered.

There is no excuse for deliverys to be made to the wrong address. There are street signs , numbers on houses, and google map type programs. Please ask your drivers to make sure they have the correct address.

Fedex scanned my package and said it was delivered at my door. It wasn't and neighbors do not have it. I filed a claim and fedex denied stating that it was delivered at me door 2 weeks ago. NO It wasn't and now fedex won't discuss with me because they said this claim is closed. I'm furious!
