Amazing help I called them about a tire pressure light in my car that never went away and they showed me excatly how to calibrate it and the light went away and they showed me without charging me great company and amazing people

Had my car serviced here several times and they have always taken great care of me every time. Car wasn’t starting on Christmas eve and they had me in and out in 45 mins while reasonably busy and short staffed. Pricing a little on the higher side but great service.

Great folks able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to try and repair my fiances tire, that being unsuccessful had them replace. They called me prior to installing tires which I appreciate, and asked if I wanted an alignment as well.

Always an awesome experience and stellar customer service at this Firestone! I’ve been a member of Firestone for over a decade. The team at this store is always courteous, professional, and get right on the job.
Further, my adult children also have accounts with Firestone with lifetime alignment for their vehicles. We purchase our tires from Firestone and at this location! Highly recommend letting them take care of your family’s car care needs.

Went here with a report from AutoZone clearly outlining my issue. Gave it to one of the guys in the front and explained my situation. He then proceeds to go pass the page with the results, looks at something with my battery and tries to tell me that he can’t use these results and needs to perform a $120 “diagnostic”. Took my car else where and got the issue fixed immediately for $80.
