I recently purchased a new living room suite from Furniture Row and was exactly what what I was looking for in the price range I had budgeted for they were very knowledgeable and very helpful in my selection. The whole process went very smoothly and priced reasonable and delivery time of 7 days was great for me considering other places were saying times like 7 months. I highly recommend Furniture Row.

Walked in, saw an item I was interested in and then I received assistance from a new employee who was very helpful. She seemed very interested in me making a wise decision regarding my purchase, offering suggestions and options. I did purchase the item with her guidance and genuine opinions.

It took over a month to get our sectional delivered. It was delivered with one piece missing and it was delivered with one piece in the wrong color. We were told that the missing piece would be delivered within a few days and the piece in the wrong color would need to be reordered. We’ve been waiting for over three days now to get a callback to see when we’re going to get the rest of our furniture and we seem to can’t get a call back. We paid over $3000 for this furniture and have a sectional in our living room that isn’t even put all the way together and is in 2 different colors. Your customer service isn’t all that great. Still waiting for that call back.Update: Husband went by the location today 7/21/21 and was told that our missing piece would be delivered on Friday and the piece that was ordered in the wrong color won’t be delivered until September. So we ordered furniture in June and it’ll be September before we actually have the sectional we paid for. Don’t think I’ll shop here for my other furniture purchases.

I bought a sofa and recliner at the Madison location just over a year ago. I was a little reluctant to purchase the reclining models for fear that the mechanisms may fail I was assured at the time of purchase that Furniture Row had people that could repair anything that went wrong with either piece. Yesterday I noticed that the stitching on the recliner is pulling apart at the seam. I knew it wasn’t under warranty anymore, but was hoping management could at least put me in touch with the warranty department so that I could get someone to come and fix it. I’m completely willing to pay for the repair. It took two full days to reach someone at the store. They gave me the name of a company and told me I could google them. I did that and they do not service this area. When I called the store back, they said they didn’t really know much about the company they referred me to and suggested that I just find someone local.I spent a lot of money on this furniture, and for it to only be about 3 months out of warranty, I expected better service than I received.I’m now in the market for two new bedroom suites, but I won’t buy them here . I’ll spend a little more and get them from a company who stands behind their products and values their customers.

After shopping at other big box furniture stores, Furniture Row not only had the most diverse selections but also the best prices!Gem was so helpful with helping us design furniture for the kitchen and bedroom and Desiree was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses and helped me decide on the Purple Hybrid with the adjustable base. Looking forward to going back and picking out more pieces from the Lost and Found brand collection.

Future buyers beware. Furniture came in the wrong color. Tried to work out something with management. Asked for a discount or credit towards a future purchase. Management was not willing to give me a credit. Will turn over to the credit card company to settle the dispute.

The salesman, James, was very helpful to us, as we were looking for cocktail and end tables.He also checked on the ETA, for our furniture delivery. He wasn't my sales rep at the time we purchased our furniture. He was still willing to check into it for us.He also asked had we purchased the Scotch guard needed for our furniture when it arrives.I would recommend Furniture Row, and James, to all my friends.Thank you, for all the professional assistance we received today.
