We had such a great experience at Furniture Row! We custom ordered a sectional and were blown away by how many fabric options and layout choices they offered. We went back a couple of times to make sure we were choosing exactly what we wanted, and James was incredibly patient and helpful each time — even staying past closing two days in a row to make sure we were completely happy with our final design. He was super knowledgeable about all the pieces in the store and really went above and beyond to make the process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend Furniture Row and especially James if you’re looking for great service and beautiful, customizable furniture!
