I asked for a piece of tape to just finish off a package and you said I can buy a $5 roll. I said no thanks. You then said, “just give me 50 cents and I’ll take care of it.” I went to my car, grabbed 50 cents and brought it to you. You reached under the counter and pulled out some scotch tape and slapped the piece on my package. Seriously, this was ridiculous. It’s been over a week ago and I’m still baffled that this really happened.

They really have no business being in the shipping industry. You can't drop off pre labeled usps packages because they don't have the software for it? Really? Incredibly slow. I doubt they'll be in business in a year.
