I don't care about the experience you guys have with this company. but mine was best They come knock on my door was at 6 AM and by 6:55, I was out everything was fast.parking was good and the and those guys was so nice to me just remember guys be respectful if you going to the receiver or Shipping and they will help you

As far as unloading goes. If it’s their fault that they double booked and you get here early for your appointment they will have everybody that came in before and after unloaded. 8:00 appointment and sat for 6hrs before getting a door then 3hours getting unloaded.

They have 7 spots for parking trucks. You must park first and walk to the Gard house for check in from 06:00 am.

Stay away from this place. They simply don't care about drivers time. One of the worst places to deliver.

Decent place to get to, got to me withing 20mn from being in the staging area. Unloading involved breakdown and lumper fee. Roughly 2hours all together from check in to papers in hand. Had half a trailer however.

My experience was bad. Apoitment 9 am , check in 6 am, on door 12:00, unloaded at 3pm. they damaged some boxes that were rejected. the guys are rude. Lumper fee 350$ .

tight spot, but they run it well & i was in & out under 2 hrs .. i chose to sit on a nearby on-ramp the night prior rather than showing up & finding the little staging area full.

If delivering, you must park in staging and walk your bills inside. Overnight parking is allowed prior to delivering but unsure about after. Spaces for about 7 or 8 trucks in staging, and it never filled up while I was there 12 hours or so. Unloading can be very slow. Some trucks were in and out quickly while others like me sat for hrs. I had a multi stop frozen load, and their dock is a open air style. My load temp rose from -5 to 40, and they couldn't care less about my next stops. I don't fully blame them as it was the shipper who chose to combine loads. However, it is frustrating. I'm unsure if they have bathrooms bc I didn't need one. Lumper was high, but I get reimbursed, so no biggie.

I had a 10:00 am appointment and I got there 2 hours early. They made me wait 3 hours and give me a door and did nothing for an hour and they left for lunch. The load I had was about 12-15 palettes. They are lazy and sluggish. I wouldn't come again.

Excellent Staff, and Professional, Was 3 hrs late due to prior delivery delay. Got me in, Friday Afternoon ( closed weekends). Clock was maxed, " NP, just park in staging area overnight). Couldn't ask for More!.. Thank You Gentlemen!.. most accommodating!..

It has overnight parking, they only receive support. It's very slow.
