You guys need to spray for bugs. I was attacked by 100s of them, if not 1000s of noseeums, when we drive into your parking lot. They are real, and some of us are their prey. That was very painful.

This Home Depot has some of the most helpful employees. Every time I go in there within a couple minutes someone is asking if I need any help, but not in the annoying way. I prefer Home Depot, this one preferably, over the other stores.

Roughly a week ago, my husband and I discovered at the Home Depot in Madison, AL (store #803) the very best in customer service. We needed to perfectly match the pre-existing paint color in our new home, based on a paint chip. Desperate for this expertise, we showed up to find Abigail behind the paint counter. She was a great communicator--highly knowledgeable with a patient and kind demeanor. Simply put, Abigail is a color-matching genius, and we are so thankful.

Easy to find stuff. Employees was very nice and said hi. Cashier still tried to help bag up for us at self check out. That was very nice too. Overall yes I would rather go to this Home Depot then the one in Hsv Al near north parkway.

I stopped at this location looking for accordion closet doors and a great employee Edward went above and beyond assisting me. He was knowledgeable about the items I was looking for and he helped me find the items needed.
Great customer service from employees like Mr. Edward is the best. Great customer service 💯.

Great location always good service and friendly staff didn't use to shop home depot years ago but now I have flipped from lowes and rather shop home depot now. Home depot has done a better job with customer service over the years.

The Home Depot had the items I needed to make repairs to a friend's home while I was visiting them. Finding the items was not difficult. The staff was helpful, and checkout was easy.
