Had appointment this morning at 9am to do taxes that was scheduled 2 weeks ago. Arrived 5 minutes prior to appointment to be told our 'tax pro' texted them and would not be coming in. Spouse took off work today specifically for this. We were given no notification. Go elsewhere if you want to schedule an appointment.

Lady on the phone is super rude. She just kept yelling random things. I thought she was a recording that was malfunctioning. She was super rude to me about any questions I asked and was more interested in having an attitude.

Received great advice the last year and didn’t have to pay any federal taxes this year. My tax preparer was very professional and knowledgeable. Great office.

We used this H&R Block for 3 years. The first two years they were fine. However this past year we had a problem with our taxes. They assured us everything was fixed. Later this year we got contacted by the IRS and everything was not fixed. We tried contacting this location and no one answered. We also tried contacting Daniel who did our taxes. He still has not answered. We are now left paying money and interest because we were told it was handled when it was not. We will not be going back or using H&R Block in the future.

Daniel Moody does my taxes every year and is great, he is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all of the questions that I have for him. This year I uploaded my documents online to their website because I am forgetful and when i walked in my taxes were already done, I was in and out in 5-10 minutes.
