When I reached out to iStorage, the first person I spoke with was Brandy the Property Manager. I explained that I had never rented a storage unit and really had no idea what I was talking about. She was so nice and walked me through the process is determining what size unit I needed along with the cost and other information. I have also dealt with Jubi who is also helpful and friendly. I have been very happy with the facility, the price, and the people at iStorage and highly recommended them.

It has been a pretty good place to have my things stored. They've been there now for about 2 years. We did have one incident though that sucked and mice got into our outdoor storage, they did correct the issue though. Haven't had any other issues since.
