2Times I've done pickup and they have an excuse of can't fulfill. First time I had to go there 2 times in one day just to tell me they couldn't get to my order. I understand just cancel for the customers instead of a run around. And the pharmacy I was expecting a nasal spray and cough medicine. Instead only received a $16 nasal spray. I could have saved money. Misinformation! Told me to come in with ID. Then I called back and someone said it's a regular cough medicine on the shelf. Well?? Which is it?? Don't waste the customers time and money. Thanks. Overall a clean store coupons and nice employees. Just please fix issues of miscommunication and wasting time!!

Yes, you see right !!! After I brought this to the attention of the snooty male manager he had the nerve to say the temp is wrong. First why would you have a thermostat that doesn’t work in the section where you are selling poultry? Then he had the nerve after I said it’s blowing hot air to check the temp himself and to say ohhh ohhh yeah let’s pull the chicken. They had packs and packs of meat in here some was warm to the touch. The young man I initially asked about this said yes people have complained about this before but the manager doesn’t do anything about it. Having meat stored in a fluctuating temperature setting is a breeding ground for bacteria growth and for people to get spoiled meat. Then when I told him that I will be contacting the Health department so they need to get it fixed he had the nerve to claim I threatened him. Threatened you? Because I said I will have the Health department come in? You were in the wrong!!! I will stick to my word and send this to the Health department! Maybe you should fix your thermostat.

Jeff the pharmacy manager was extremely rude to me. My insurance does not cover one of my migraine medications. I used a co pay card and was able to get it for free. The pharmacy tech only gave me half of my medication. When I called back to refill the rest Jeff told me he could fill it but that I would have to pay which would be around $4,000. He would not allow me to speak with his supervisor. He stated I could call the store manager and that he did not feel that this was their fault. My plan is to completely change to another pharmacy that has a Pharmacist that actually cares and shows that he cares.

Kroger’s is officially the best grocery store nationwide. Went there and received the best service from Mich, Cade, and Wayne. The leadership at Kroger‘s is top-tier. Everybody was helpful and they also worked great together as a team, which really means a lot as many organizations say that they work together harmoniously. Everyone from the district manager on down Was fabulous!. Best grocery shopping experience I’ve had in my life. Then went over to the flower and the woman they’re doing the bouquets was amazing as well. Kroger’s is a 10 out of 10 I highly recommend them if you’re looking for supportive staff clean store lovely environment and great prices. Keep up the great work you all you’re really Are doing an amazing job!. Standard set!.

Poorly managed online inventory.
It says the have Tiptree mince meat on aisle 16. They don't carry it, not out of stock they just don't ever have it.
Wasted a trip out here thinking they had what their app shows.
The 3 Kroggers closer to my house don't list Tiptree.

It's definitely not the store. The store is always clean and has available items. It's the customer service! The employees from the old Hughes road location were amazing. They were very helpful and attentive. At this current location, some of these employees are rude and appear miserable. Let's begin with the incident this morning around 0710. An employee with blue scrubs ( most likely a pharmacy tech) was walking in the parking lot looking at her phone. She never looked up from the phone, so I blow my horn to get her attention. Instead of being appreciative ( she was about to walk in front of my car) she decided to stare at me like I was the issue. No, she was so consumed in her phone and wasn't paying attention to her surroundings. Well, she continued to stare, so I asked nicely, if there was an issue. She decided to take a picture of me and my car. I guess next time she doesn't to be warned and get hit instead. Next incident, the poor male employee at the self-checkout appears so unhappy. Please don't ask him a question because he will give you an attitude. I will continue to shop at the location but I will definitely contact Marvin Strong ( Store manager) and corporate when I have another issue.

The anus of the Kroger chain. Kroger is normally great, but this one is consistently horrible. Publix is 300 feet away, go to them

I typically love shopping at Kroger, but my self-checkout experience today was disappointing. The long strip checkout was chaotic, and I had to run back and forth to bag groceries while trying to scan. When it came time to scan my wine, the system required ID verification—twice—which caused a long delay since the one worker covering all the self-checkout lanes was too busy. I ended up waiting around for about 5-10 minutes, waving for help, while other employees just told me to wait for the busy attendant. And with about 80% of regular checkout lanes closed, shouldn't there be more self-checkout machines? It’s almost 2025, and with such a shortage of employees, it just doesn’t make sense. Also, why not have an ID verification system that doesn’t interrupt the checkout process? Having to stop everything to scan my ID twice made it more stressful than necessary. Kroger needs either more attendants in self-checkout, more machines, or an improved system that doesn’t hold up customers.

I live nearby and this is my grocery store of choice. However, the management doesn't seem to care to enforce basic laws. I have been here twice in the last 24 hours, and continue seeing dogs that clearly aren't service animals in the store. One was barking loudly unless being pet, the other trying to get at me for attention as I walked by.
I LOVE animals, but this isn't Europe. Even there, they have places to let your dog chill while you grocery shop.

When I used self check out, 7 of my last 10 gave me alarm saying I left item in my cart, but the image shows no problem. If you want a quick shopping, DO NOT choose this store...

Calming knowing I did not hear over intercom speaker to hide valuables and do not leave cart unattended with belongings in it cuz we are not responsible for stolen items ( heard this over intercom at Kroger in Huntsville off Oakwood Ave)!!!!!!!
