It’s a good place to shop for deals. The staff is less than friendly, but the deals are too good to pass up.

I went to this store last week and walked up to the deli and got a negative response from the worker. Got my order and went to the human checkout and a woman could not speak English checking ppl out I had to get someone that spoke English to check me out. 5 days later got food and went to the human checkout and there was a Strang person checking ppl out, that person was scarY. So I just Googled Kroger and found out they support Woke Policys. I am boycotting that company. BAD PEOPLE BAD COMPANY

Overall, I am definitely a fan of Kroger and this particular location is a decent representation of the brand. I just picked up some water and potato chips while I would be at a hotel tonight. I found the service was friendly enough and the ambiance was pleasant enough. I would definitely recommend here.

Come here if you wanna shop, spend your money, check yourself out, bag your own groceries. While you have multiple employees that could be running cashier. I hope this does not become another Walmart where everything is self checkout.

I would give my neighborhood Kroger 5 stars but the shopping carts are awful, none of them roll smoothly.

I would be completely shocked if this store ever had the sale items they advertise. Don’t tell me you didn’t get that many. You had NONE of the items. I joined the Boost and did no good, you didn’t have any of those items either. Terrible management!

young checkout people are extremely rude. they’ll try to rush you out of a checkout line while you have a baby.

This Kroger is really great. Never had an issue until the other day I encountered a RUDE employee/Cashier. Her name is (AMARI) she was very rude and unprofessional. Made me and my family feel very uncomfortable.

They never have popcorn chicken or wings only. I go there to get their chicken but they don't do popcorn or wings.I asked about it but they tell me they have sold out or not enough help. I went to another Kroger and got everything I needed. I've decided to change stores because I don't believe their telling me the truth. I spend about 150.00 per trip Too bad

No accountability! We ordered our groceries at 5:30am to have them delivered from 3:00pm to 5pm. It showed on the app that the groceries were checked out at 3:13pm. We didn't get our groceries until after 5 pm. All the cold stuff was room temperature. The bags smelled like weed. We called Kroger and talked to a manager who said well thats what you get when you use insta cart! But this is a service of Kroger's website. We asked for a refund through the app. It says it can take up to 5 business days. Now, we are headed to the store to get the cold stuff that was in the order. It's hard for me to believe that a major grocery store would be ok with a guy driving a motor vehicle under the influence while doing work for them.

I have given this Kroger multiple opportunities. Those multiple opportunities equate to consistently failing standard customer service principles. The latest issue.... if I have a full shopping cart of groceries and it is 8p, I expect at the very least one aisle to be open with a cashier to check out those customers with > 10 items. I was told no, an aisle would not be opened as several employees stood from afar conversing. I asked the attendent to verify this with the manager and the answer remained no. This is unacceptable!! It is not my responsibility to check myself out. I'm not employed by your organization!! This is insanity. This should be an option only. It's not like groceries are extremely cheap so in order to keep them low, customers must fen for self. Needless to say, my cart was left for their busy hands.
