First time using a broker; I appreciated Charlie doing the comparison shopping for better coverage at better rates. He answered my questions thoroughly, clearly explaining why and when each part of the policies are used. After trying to get my own quotes, comparing features and prices, I finally broke down and reached out to an Independent Agent. We needed someone who knew the language and was on our side. Someone that would ensure that we got the coerage we needed not just the cheapest option that would in the end be the wrong coverage. Josh did a fantastic job!! He took my current policy and house spec sheet and within 24 hrs came back with several solid options. He walked us through all the aspects highlight the same items, the difference and the areas he found improvement. Ultimately saving us over $1k, with more coverage than we had with a very reputable company with great BBB reviews. So glad we reached out for help!!!

5+++! THEY ARE NOT JUST GREAT AT PERSONAL INSURANCE BUT WITH MY COMMERCIAL INSURANCE ALSO. If I could give this agency a rating higher than 5 Stars I would. Another company (SF) denied my claim and I reached out to Legacy Insurance at the urging of a friend. I was contacted within 5 minutes of me sending an email, Jessica listened to my concerns, and got to work for me. I got better coverage and a better price. I asked her to review my business policy that was written by a different agency and she found multiple problems. I was not covered like I thought I was. She never tried to sell me a new policy but told me exactly what I needed to have corrected on my current policy. I had her write me a new policy from scratch!

Zac was awesome - found out our needs answered our questions - we left Geico after 13 years - pricing blew away precious insurnace- Zac is the man - youd be short changing yourself if you didnt give him a shot -

I had a great experience getting auto insurance with Legacy. I worked with Josh and he was quick to pick up the phone and thorough finding me the best coverage for my preferences, and I got a response and quote within a few hours. The quote he worked up for me has significantly better coverage at 2/3 the rate I was paying before.
