Me and my girlfriend needed a unit to start getting ready to move the whole process was quick and easy only took about 5 minutes and the Kind Woman that helped us Michelle made it so simple and was so helpful great place.

The lock on my storage unit was broke because the key had broken off in it so I couldn’t get the unit open. I went in to ask if they had bolt cutters and Michelle was incredibly kind and helpful. She let me know that I get a free lock because I use the lock at the storage unit. She immediately came out to help me get the old lock off and brought the new lock. Very good service and saved me a lot of time having to deal with the broken lock.

I can’t say enough great things about Michelle at Extra Space Storage! She went above and beyond in helping with all of my mother-in-law’s storage needs. From start to finish, Michelle made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was not only kind and professional but also very proactive, making sure every detail was handled and all of our questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer experience the way Michelle does. We are so grateful for her outstanding service and highly recommend this location thanks to her!

I can’t say enough great things about my experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Michelle, the manager, and Xavier, the assistant manager! From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of.
I was organizing my unit on a hot day, and without me even asking, they proactively suggested a small fan that could be plugged into the light bulb socket to keep me cool while I worked. That level of thoughtfulness and customer care is rare these days.
Both Michelle and Xavier were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their service turned a tough day into a pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a storage facility where the staff actually cares, this is the place. Thank you both so much!

I still rented with this company (at a different store), but this one is a joke. I would never rent here as long as the lady that is currently there is still employed at this location. This lady claims to be over all locations in this area. She is very rude and combative. I don’t see how she can even be employed with this company when she has no customer service that would make you want to rent here. MY ADVICE, GO TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. There is one on slaughter rd(down by east view) and hughes rd/old Madison pike(by a DG Market). The staff is nicer and more professional!

Xavier and Michelle were extremely helpful throughout the move in process and answered all questions thoroughly. The facility was clean and well lit. Facility seems to be secure and covered by cameras. Would recommend to others for serious consideration.
