Decent staff encounters, but the wait times are a joke, especially when you are asked to be there 30 minutes prior to your actual appointment. Even with being early, I was there over an hour and not seen. I had my kids with me, so I asked to reschedule. They already had a little card with the number on it for me. Will find somewhere closer to home to give my time and business to.
