Went tonight and got a bag of the buffalo Cheetos which was almost $7 and a single serving bag of the extra flaming hot crunch cheetos which the guy said my total was like $ almost 13.00! He didn't offer a receipt till I asked for one and went out to my car and looked at it and questioned why the single serving was the same price as the family sized bag of Cheetos. He apologized and refunded me almost $7! Makes me wonder how many other people he has scammed and gotten almost $10 extra from them them if they weren't paying attention to their total! Be careful y'all!

Super nice store and staff. Always clean and friendly staff. Some of the past employees talked to much and nosey. Super happy they aren't there now.

I think the picture says it all. I ended up waiting 8 minutes (no idea how long the sign was actually up) I understand bathroom breaks are needed, but 20 minutes? Then to come unlock the door with an attitude? It’s pretty ridiculous.

Best Mapco around now has hot fresh Noble Romans food. And u can preorder thru the app for delivery or pickup. Staff is overly nice this store has stepped up it's game to rival that dirty unfriendly circle k across the street

In 2015 i looked at my bank account and found a purchase was made at the jeff road Mapco store in huntsville that i did not make so i went to the store and had the cashier look at the video footage and found no body at the register at the time. My bank gave me the time of the purchase. NO ACTION WAS MADE BY MAPCO TO FIND OUT WHY THIS HAPPENED. FastForward to Feb 2024 i went to the MAPCO on old railroad bed road and 72 highway and saw where somebody did donuts in the parking lot next to the gas pumps so i went inside and startedto make a purchase and ask the counter person what happened. he got smart and said its none of your business so i left and wont ever go back to that place.IT IS NOW ON FACEBOOK AND PEOPLE ARE SAYING IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN. BAD PLACE WORNING DANGER

The only reason I went to this mapco was to use the remaining balance on a gift card, but they have one person working and they aren't able to do anything with the gift card, nor could they even get the paid gas pump activated, just go to Circle K across the street and save yourself the hassle.

(Now Circle K) The short woman running the cash register doesn’t know what she’s doing at all & also let a customer go behind the counter. She also acted like it was my fault that the gas pump wouldn’t start & let other customers go in front of me just to tell me I was good to pump (after I waited in line for about 15 minutes). What an idiot, lucky I was having a good day or it would’ve went left really quick. I’ll just go across the street from now on. She also kept yelling for help but the other workers didn’t go to help her.

My CC was skimmed here. Pay cash only. My credit card company and I are disputing an "unknown foreign source" charge that occured at the same time as a $25 mapco charge when I got gas. This charge from an "unknown foreign source" is nearly $2,000... Chase, my credit card company, had exact timing down to the seconds on when this charge occured correlating to mapco's charge. It is in a current pending investigation and Madison police dept has a police report on this issue.
To the owner: No thanks, I'll let the PD handle it... How about you watch your pumps better.
