“Take away from my experience with Lincare:
-Terrible billing department
-Wonderful Local office customer service (Terri Morris was excellent and able to solve my issue)
-They tell you that you’ll need to sign up for supplies to be auto-ordered by completing your profile on their website, but I received supplies auto-ordered without ever even creating an online profile.
In December of 2024 I went to lincare to get a CPAP. I couldn’t get used to using it and in February I returned it. The next week however, I received supplies in the mail and was billed for supplies I didn’t order and was not on auto-order for. I called and was able to get lincare to pay for the supplies to be shipped back and they assured me I would get a bill credit for them as I did not sign up for auto-order. I continued to receive statements telling me that I owed a balance for the supplies and reached out to Lincare’s billing department several times who told me that I owed the balance and no credit was ever requested. After nearly 6 months I received a letter stating my balance was going to collections, so I reached out to my local lincare office in Huntsville and Terri Morris was able to get this resolved for me. Without her help, I would probably be going through the painstaking process of hiring a lawyer to get a derogatory mark off my credit profile and the balance owed dismissed.
EDIT: Received a bill for an adjusted amount that was incorrect and the local office was able to correct it to $0. Updated to 5 stars”
