I have done a lot of business with them but the people have changed and so has the attitude. I took some clothes in October 16. I was told 8 days. Had not heard from them. Called they said they were over whelmed with clothes and needed more time. I called back a week later said they need more time. I got busy and forgot for a week no text no call no nothing. I called today to ask why is still had not heard from them. They informed me that they sent a texted( they did not) and I supposedly sent them a message back say stop ( I did not). I never received a call or a texted. All I items I took were romper pajamas. I wanted them back. That is why I kept calling. I got the run around. Today I called to be told that they had donated all the clothes I didn’t come claim. Now how am I supposed to get the clothes if no one ever called. No kissed texted no deleted messages just dead zone. I called today to be told I brought my clothes on the 11 of October and that I forfeited my rights to the clothes. Lies! I had called multiple times to be told they needed more time. I get there to be told another lie that my close had indeed been brought to them on the 16 and that I never replied to text. Lie two. I never got a text call or anything else from them. They literally strolled my clothes and donated what I didn’t come get because I was never notified. The people there are not nice hardly and lie to your face. I don’t know what happened but No one called me. I had repeatedly called to be told they needed more time. So who is in the wrong. I will no longer do business with this particular “once upon a child” due to lies and the people who work there!!!

I was told at drop off their turn over time to go through my things was 3-5 days. That's fine with me I work 7-5 and live 1hr and half away from here. I dropped off on a Saturday and thought I could just pick up on the following Saturday because I was NOT told that I would have only 24 hours to pick up my things they did not want or I would lose them. I called to explain that I wasn't told this and the lady I spoke with was very nice and I understand it is not directly her fault but this is just unrealistic for lots of people. I'm very upset that they will not give u the time need to get your things.

This is the second time I have came up to Madison to sell clothes and it’s been a wasteful trip! Was trying to sell my baby girls clothes, I called this time before coming and the lady on the phone didn’t even tell me that they wasn’t taking a certain size. I brought my baby’s 0/3 months & 3/6 months clothing and when my boyfriend goes to drop them off she said “we aren’t taking anything under 6-9 months.” okay, why couldn’t you tell me that when i called this morning? i just drove an hour away for the second time to sell clothes and both time have been a waste of gas.

I usually have a great experience in here. Unfortunately on Sunday I did not. I asked where a certain item was to an associate behind the counter and she was annoyed that I interrupted her gossiping with another co worker. Ok my bad I’ll take it. I was checking out and the check out associate was so col with her lack of speaking (annoyed look on her face). She dropped the clothes on the floor bagged them and gave them to me. As we were leaving my 16 y/o nice commented how rude they were being and boy did that get their attention….like I said I usually like the experience here but man I guess they are desperate to hire people. I never see anybody working there on a regular. Always different people

Decent place to shop if you are on a budget, horrible place to sale. Do not give these people your barely used or new baby items, just donate them to mothers in need or sale them yourself. Staff barely know what they are doing with regards to selling

They steal!! Check your items when selling!!! As for me, I won’t be back to buy or sell!!
I went to sell a wagon stroller a couple weeks ago, they got me in and out no problem, I had no problem with that sale.
Now later I went with a small bin of clothes with J Bailey and similar brands, boutique items and two pairs of shoes. I went in just hours after the sale was ready, after getting my child out of the hospital and not needing additional stress mind you, I asked what was accepted (ONE Columbia jacket, ONE J Bailey shirt, TWO boutique outfits-pants and shirt, and the two shoes) okay no problem I don’t want to sell the shoes and ask them to be taken off, again no issues here. I needed my bin back, they didn’t even “know” I had a bin, they found the bin, brought it to me nearly EMPTY, maybe 3 items. I’m asking where all the other shirts and stuff went, “they don’t know”, I ask to show me what “I sold” and they go through the first FEW items on the top of the bin I APPROVED for the measly $24.75. Then they’re going past that and say a shirt, another shirt (goes on for many more), I see my babies jumpsuit and 2 pj sets also that were not mentioned. They say they “cant do anything about it since “I sold it”” I told them NO I did not agree to that!! At all!! Anyone would be an idiot to. All items BRAND NEW that I’ve had in that bin for months! WITH TAGS that they decided somehow was okay to take off without asking. They were stealing in this sense because they did not tell me that those items were accepted but that I would be getting all other items back except the approved ONE jacket, ONE shirt and TWO outfits.
I gave the money back and got my items back but they were making it a hassle and complained that I didn’t want to sell my items!!

NO where does it state they won't accept clothes brought in certain items. I went in today on August 26th to sell clothes only to be told "we can't accept it in that it has to be in xyz" staff was also rude about it. They should really put online somewhere they only accept items if brought in a certain thing.

This place used to be my go to for my kids but it's gone downhill. So many items have holes or stains. Prices for cheap walmart brand stuff are ridiculous. I miss the old team they actually cared.

Don’t take anything of value here. The store is trash. They’ll say they texted you, but texted the wrong number. They’ll keep all of your nice name brand (Patagonia, Magnetic Me, etc) and only offer you $65. They’ll likely sell your stuff online at top dollar price because the store itself is just garbage. Do not resell here.

Massive location and selection compared to the one I’m used to in Arizona. Standard expectation of how well the employees treat you compared to the last one I was at. Employees are sub par across the board. Prices are decent but the beat time to shop is when their sales are going on. After a small trade in, I took home 2 bags full of clothes for $9 once. It’s all how you time it

Most staff at this location were friendly. There is one particular sales representative that has an extremely bad attitude. She is rude and began to raise her voice at me during our transaction. This will be THE LAST TIME I come to this store to do business.
Idk if this is her business or not but she should not be interacting with customers if she does not have patience.
