Ordered pizza over phone but had to be remade. Stated they have to count everything .. Lol..(I’m like every single pepperoni the girl said yes…I’m like yeah right 3oz. of cheese on a family size pizza that I already have to cook for 19.99+. Tax…Toppings were scarce never again…Whitesburg Location makes the best pizza.

Pizza takes 20 to 30 minutes no matter WHO bakes it, so why not call home and have someone preheat the oven for you! Consistently great and always hot!

This is the best pizza. Everything is all packaged up and ready to go if you call it in. You can't getter it on your table any hotter than this. Yes you do have to pop it in your oven for 20 minutes but it is so well worth it. I hate having to wait a year before I get more but they haven't YET, to open one on the Big Island but I am sure they are working on it knowing how crazy busy they will be$$$. I just created my own Pepperoni, artichoke hearts on there regular crust with the garlic oil sauce and it was absolutely amazing!! The good thing is everything is great so you will absolutely go home with a full stomach.

THIS IS SOOOO CRAZY!! THEY NEED TO CLARIFY IT’S AN UNCOOKED PIZZA. On a business trip, was So tired at my hotel, saw the name papa Murphy with the pictures, ordered online, Pay a great tip to the driver, the pizza arrived and it’s not baked!!!! SAY IT MORE CLEARLY!!!! Ended up giving the pizza to the driver. Nice guy he was!!

Just called to place a order for pick up. The girl taking my order was very rude and short with me and asked me if that was all I said yes and she just strait up hung up on me.. DONT PLAN ON PICKING MY ORDER UP! Have more respect for your job YOU ARE GETTING PAID TO WORK!

Papa Murphy’s is usually wonderful. We ordered tonight and we were not even able to eat part of the order which is so disappointing!The pizza had giant bubbles that made the toppings slide to one side and no extra cheese we ordered.The salad was rotted, so rotted the lettuce was falling apart, brown, and tasted rotted. I was unable to even pick the bad parts out and eat around it. The lettuce was dissolving and the bad parts had spread all over the entire contents making it all disgusting. Hoping I did not eat enough to become violently ill. ?

The service at this Papa Murphy's went above and beyond. I messed up my pizza and they replaced it. Honestly I'm not getting pizza anywhere else but here! Thank you Papa Murphy's!

Ordered through GrubSouth and after almost 2 hours we get a call from the driver that they are closed when he gets there. On GrubSouth it showed the order was ready for pickup and driver was notified it was ready. We did not get a call they were closing and neither did the driver. ?♂️

Tried this spot for the first time on Halloween . Super simple process, pizzas are stacked when you first come in. They come with directions which worked for all pizzas except the thin crust it burnt and got stuck to the paper tray ot comes on. I was beyond disappointed about this. I ordered cookies too which i did not get because they were in a secret location. However i called they put my name in the and apparently i can pick them up at a later date.
