Nice gym, it just became too crowded for me to even enjoy in class workouts. I had to end my membership... just too many people at one location... They should definitely have a cap or waitlist. If they add more locations in the surrounding area, I'd come back.

I love this place.I have enrolled for personal training sessions as well.Monthly membership fee is around 25 dollars.I extremely enjoy the hot yoga sessions every week, and the hot sauna.I frequently use the swimming pool.Great place. They have a variety of group sessions which are all included in the monthly membership.Definitely would recommend this place.I was hoping to find a good place to workout after I moved to Alabama. This place makes me want to go to the gym everyday.

Phaze 3 is a great gym. The staff is nice, and they do a great job managing a very busy gym. I having been working out here for 3 years, and would recommend it to anyone in the Madison area.My only gripe with them is the hours. I wish that they were open later on Saturday/Sundays.

For strength training, it’s a solid “meh”. Equipment is just cookie cutter Planet Fitness level stuff. After a certain point, you can’t add on more weight to the bar because they just have fat plates. This gym is similar to places like Crunch Fitness in Tampa - extremely crowded, a bunch of dudes blasting crazy levels of roids, people with tripods filming themselves doing strange “workouts” for IG, and obnoxious/egocentric people slamming down or dropping weights (remember I said you can’t fit a lot of weight onto the bars here.. so they’re not even that heavy/impressive anyways). That being said, I have no idea what the rest of the gym is like. Their group classes could be really fun and the cardio machines could be nice. I don’t know so I left this at two stars instead of one.As far as actually getting stronger and focusing on your growth, this ain’t it.

Toxic gym environment, people breaking the rules like crazy and even some of the staff breaks rules they should be enforcing, ppl taking vids of others and posting online to embarrass you, odds are probably less the 10% that you'll join and actually be consistent for more than a few months, save your money and workout at home, sure it's a nice gym but so what, been going here for a while and I've seen countless ppl join come once or a few times and thats it. Complaining to management won't do much of anything either. Definitely stay clothed in the lockers unless you want nude pics and vids of yourself ending up on Instagram or something because the half in shape punk was snapping a pic of their noodle arm flexing and they posted it to make you look bad and get likes and shares, I bet most the positive reviews are from ppl that went a couple times and that was it, but I'm sure most reviews from gyms aint from regulars that been there a while, stay home and work out, you're better off. More important than that REPENT AND FOLLOW JESUS CHRIST SO YOU DON'T BURN IN HELL PPL. ?

Great abundance of equipment and clean. Classes do get full early morning, so arrive early. Crowds suck at peak times around 5 pm.

They Will do anything to charge you more. For $25 I was threatened with collection agency.I'm on month to month plan now after one year but they won't accept August 2023 my last month and still want to charge me for September 2023.This is copy and paste from the email ? was sent to me:"non-payment could result in your account being referred for further collections and neither of us wants that to happen"Great job phaze3 just the way to make me come back.

Super crowded but it's to be expected. The place is really nice. Many amenities. Love the pool. Love the movie theater area. A little crowded downstairs because things are really close together so pick a good time to go and you'll be fine.

It's a really fun place to work out. Employees seem happy and helpful. Everything is nice and clean and works. And if something is broken, they are on top of it. I joined in January of 2020 then the pandemic hit. I didn't really get to enjoy the gym as much and cancelled my membership. I recently rejoined and they honored my previous rate and gave me month to month. I was really surprised and happy about that. I went in ready to pay more and sign a year contract. If you're on the fence about joining, just do it if you can afford it. Investing in your health is a good thing to do. And you won't be disappointed in this place.

This is a GREAT gym! There's just too much to tell about. All the different equipment, free weights, classes, classrooms, the saunas in the locker rooms, the pool, the list goes on and on.Staffed by friendly, super knowledgeable people. They are eager to help you on your journey to being stronger, leaner, and more fit! They even have personal trainers!Go get yourself a membership, get your sweat on and lift heavy things! And do it at Phaze3!See you there!

I have been asking and sending links to this gym to make membership/s available to the elderly and disabled thru Silver and Fit and Silver Sneakers since they opened. I have had my insurance company reach out to them as well for over a year. I guess when it comes to a "health" club... the only thing that matters to this club is if you make them look good. Only attractive are welcome! Disgusting! Thank the Lord Doctors don't have similar requirements. Cancer drs that only accept the cancer free patients so they "appear" successful.

I do enjoy this gym, they have everything. My only request would be that they did more to discourage people sitting on machines to socialize.I will tell you. If you want to be able to get a full workout in, you need to get in before 3 pm. Otherwise, you're gonna wait for a bench or weight machine, even cardio gets difficult as the day goes on.

So....the gym itself is really nice, clean, a good place to workout. We just got an out of state job and moving within a month, so we let the gym know we had to cancel. The gym staff let us know all we had to do was send the cancellation notice via email to the financial institution. We did and their response was that we now need to cancel in writing using snail mail and provide a copy of a job offer on a letterhead with a pay stub, which we won't receive for at least 4-6 weeks once we get there. & it will take us awhile to establish a home/residency with new address, utility bills and what not. So the alternative is we pay the $59 buy out option each-which is what we will do and do it by snail mail. Just so y'all know before you join, their cancellation isn't as quick & easy as it sounds.

Great facility. A ton of equipment and different areas to meet your workout needs. Staff are really friendly and helpful and trainers are fantastic to work with. Excellent value for a very reasonable monthly fee.
