I just moved in and I go at all different hours because of my work schedule.
I haven't had any problems so far I did need help the first day with my gate code but the lady called me right back but she did call me and she did help me and the neighbors are always out at all hours and I hope my house sells soon so I can go ahead and move back home to Tennessee. I'm just renting really have nothing no furniture mostly just my kids clothes and books from college but that's all but the realtor said to move every teeny tiny thing out so I'm doing that and I did put mothballs and pre-spray they door that rolls up and down with 10w40 so maybe that will help me with the heavy door -it is secure and I do go drop by there often and check I did put a good lock on it so far so good I'm thankful I found a place well lit by the road.

Pine Grove Mini Storage management team makes the move in process easy. They are fast and efficient and provide great customer service and support. Most of the low reviews are from the old management team. This new management team is excellent.

ok let me start by saying that when I first rented from this business it was great no issues the property was maintained properly and I never had an issue with anything however when the business was sold the property went downhill. At the end of 2024 the automated gate with pin pad was broken for over a month during that time some unauthorized individuals accessed the property and entered the empty unit next to mine took the wall down and helped themselves to my property. If the property had been maintained properly this would likely have not happened. I had to change to another unit which increased my rent by twenty dollars a month. If you call someone will answer but its never the same person if you email this company like I have they do not respond. I would not reccomend.

Last night, I got trapped inside the gate. I tried every which way to get it open. I had to call them when I was going in there because my code wouldn't work. I haven't been there in 10 months, so Idk what has been going on. Well, lo and behold, I had trouble getting out. I tried coming at it from different angles and it didn't wanna open. So I tried jumping the fence and trying my code, and it did the very long beep, but it still didn't wanna open. So my only option was to call them and see if they could help me. After being on the phone with them for about 45 minutes seeing what the manager would do, they sent the field operator out, and we had no choice but to manually open the gate. I probably could've done that myself, but I don't like doing stuff that I'm not okay with without people's permission. I hate asking people to come help me on something so simple. Sometimes you have no choice though. The field operator said this is usually a Tuesday thing. Just my luck, it was Thursday. Lol. Then when I texted her back saying I was out, she was so relieved. I can't help but laugh because of how dumb of a situation that was. I think I did the right thing though so I wouldn't get myself in trouble. Thank you very much and I greatly appreciate it

I'm withdrawing my earlier review because management contacted me and is taking care of the issue's I was having with them. I may have been a little quick on the trigger on giving them enough time to contact me. The manager contacted and was more than fair in resolving my issues. She showed me she cared about my business and taking care of my issues.

If you need to store something in the area of Madison and Harvest, this is the spot. I have stored items here and never had a problem. Theft is a problem at all storage units in the world. Pay for a QUALITY LOCK and theft will not be a problem. Any teen can cut a cheap padlock. These are secure units with camera surveillance.

Please DO NOT use this place, I can never get a hold of management. I called and text them to let them know the lock I had on my unit had been cut off and ALOT of furniture, clothes, and personal affects had been stolen. This place is bush league and shady. There have been at least 3 other instances of this happening to other renters at this place unfortunately I just found out about it tonight when I searched for reviews. It has been over 2 hours since I text management and reported this incident and I still haven’t heard from them.
