Planet Fitness provides a welcoming space for members to build strength in a Judgement Free Zone®. Staff are nice and friendly, and the gym is always clean and well maintained. Management is great. The front desk clerks are helpful and customer service is awesome. Members enjoy a busy atmosphere, but some note that people spend 15 to 20 minutes on one machine while using their phone. Security concerns are raised, with suggestions for entry security, a code, or a scanner bar and an employee over the door. Reduced hours are a reason some cancel. Overall, members appreciate the clean facilities, friendly employees, and friendly environment at the Madison Alabama location.
So far so good! For management - tanning is very popular here in the south so adding a spray tan option instead of tanning beds (which are extremely dangerous and increase cancer risk enough to be banned in Australian) would be amazing! Please consider converting some tanning to spray booths 🙌🏻

Great low key place to train. I do not get here often enough, but I love it every time I go! The new additional things like the sled pull machine make it even better than it was and the staff is amazing, helpful and not obtrusive. Try it out!
