GREAT PLACE LOVE THE WORKERS AND MANAGER... UNFORTUNATELY THIS HAS BEEN MY 3RD VISIT TO THE STORE AND THESE POOR EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING WITH NO A/C. IT AS HOT AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE TO STAY AND SHOP. PLEASE HURRY UP AND GET THE A/C FIX ASAP. IT'S HOT IN ALABAMA!!!!! SHAME ON YOU POPSHELF!!! TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER!!!!

Disappointed. We’re been snowed/iced in for 4 days and the one place I wanted to come to is this store. It is currently 4:09pm and the doors are locked no sign on the door explaining what was going on. All lights are on and seen one employee. Tried to call but no answer. Also lost money from a DoorDash Order
