Without a doubt the worst customer service at this pharmacy that you could possibly give. Pharmacy representative he led for my prescription with pharmacist and boss then came back and said it would be 2 hours because of checking insurance. Walgreens B's was able to check my insurance in 40 seconds electronically are they that much better or do they just care when you need a prescription after a emergency surgery on way home. Told me I could use there lounge waiting room which is 3 chairs wow they go all out. Just remember a happy customer tell 3-4 people a unhappy angry one tells everyone. Most places actually care about people. But not this Publix

I was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. After a years worth of treatments I was prescribed a medication that I needed to start to help prevent my cancer from coming back. My prescription was sent over in the morning at 10:30 am directly from my oncologist appointment. I waited, I called and was told I would receive a text as soon as it was completed. The next day I was told that my medication was not a priority. When I picked up the medication it was a medication that all they had to do was place their label on it. There was no counting pills. Just simply picking it up from the shelf and putting a label on it. So this should serve as a caution that Publix pharmacy is not in the fight with cancer patients as our medication is not a priority.

Good grief, I've been to this store thousands of times and never dropped any stars here! It's a great Publix with friendly faces and all the goodness you expect from a Publix. One of my former coworkers from our department store retail work days works here and is always a joy to see - she has a lovely smile! The only challenge with this location is access/exiting which is easily remedied by entering/exiting at the adjacent neighborhood with traffic signal on the north side of this shopping center. I've purchased from just about all the departments here except the pharmacy. Restrooms are up front by the bakery section and are always clean. This is a conveniently located Publix close to my church, and lots of delicious eateries such as Cork and Crust. Thanks Publix!

Publix has become the leading name in the supermarket field here in the southeast. Once you experience a Publix supermarket yourself, I am confident that you will understand how Publix has become such an iconic supermarket brand and has developed such a loyal customer base down here in the southeast. Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them.I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars.

Great Publix! The sushi is 10/10. The lady that makes it makes arguably the best sushi in north Alabama. I've tried sushi from other Publix's and non of them compare to the way she makes hers.

This is suppose to be a Dinosaur. It sure does not look like the picture from the book. The bakery manager made the cake. Was quite rude when she talked to us. Charged us $4.50 for the Chantilly filling because she was unable to put it inside the cake because it would „side out“. So we asked for it to be on the side. Not sure how they put it in the regular Chantilly cake whiteout it „sliding out“. Anyway if you don’t know how to make the cake that’s in the picture then say so. Never seen a dinosaur with two faces and looking like a ladybug.

The female pharmacist that is working today - 8/5/2022 is amazing, and so nice !!! She heard me tell the receptionist that I had a bicycle accident last night and was very sore around my ribs. She immediately stopped what she was doing and walked over to talk to me and showed me a pain patch I needed versus what I had picked up. If I could give 100 stars on this review I would!

I tried to get my COVID vaccine here and they wouldn’t let me even though I had a scanned copy of my card. You need to bring the original card if you’re getting a vaccine. It seems counterproductive to public health but I guess that’s their policy!

Called for an asthma inhaler refill, pharmacist was rude and told me she could not have it until tomorrow because they were too busy today, lol. Called Hughes Pharmacy instead because I needed the inhaler as I was having an asthma attack. They could fill it within 30 minutes and I asked them if it was normal not to be able to fill an inhaler same day (it comes in a box they just have to apply a sticker to it), she informed me that it was in fact not normal at all.Swapping over to Hughes Pharmacy for all future needs, this is not the first issue I've had with County Line Rd Pharmacy in the past several years but it will be the last.

I love this location more today than ever! I ran into the store before coming home during inclement weather. ALL- ALL-ALL the managers were intently restocking produce and shelves to help out the few employees they had working today. I don't know if it was because of absence or late trucks BUT it really doenst matter. It was more amazing to see great team work and no chaos! EVEN customers were patiently trying not to get in the way. LOVE LOVE LOVE PUBLIX AT VILLAGE SHOPPES MADISON
