Owner is very unprofessional. Very rude and can not do nails AT ALL!!! She had me filing my own nails. Told me to “let her know when I’m done and she will come back”. And WALKED OFF! They were all different shapes and lengths. One popped off in 2 days. Terrible job. Couldn’t do French tips so Ik ended up leaving with no polish or anything. After all of that, she tried to charge me full price. After complaining, she only took off 5 dollars!! If you go, go to Alex. Alex is the best in the shop!

I love Queen nails. Alex always does my nails better than the picture provided. Mei takes very great care of me. She is very gentle!! I come every two weeks.
