I had a great recent personal loan process at Redstone Credit Union. Jessa was who I originally met for a personal loan and she was extremely helpful and told me my pre approval amount and was not pushy on anything. I decided to go back two weeks later and get my pre approval personal loan and Aarion helped me. She was outstanding as well and extremely helpful and genuinely wanted to help me. I appreciate them both and had a good experience.

if I could make it less I would! I sat for 45 minutes for them to tell me the system was down and they couldn't make them. Sullivan street branch!

I recently opened a business account with Redstone Federal Credit Union and I am very pleased with the service I have received. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and they made the process of opening an account very easy. The online banking system is also very user-friendly and I have had no issues with it. I highly recommend Redstone Federal Credit Union to anyone looking for a great banking experience.

I went to the Sullivan Street location in Madison, AL to apply for a loan. I spoke with Frederick Jamar. I am a police officer and was in uniform and I got the quick impression he was not a supporter of police, I don’t personally care though. He was very short with me and left me in the room for almost 5 minutes alone at one point while waiting for a response. Seemed very unprofessional to me when I was very polite the whole time.

This afternoon, Jan 4, 23, I went to the Sullivan branch at about 1600 to redeem 12 savings bonds. No big deal I thought since I walked into the Mills Rd Branch yesterday and was handled immediately at the teller window with my 32 bonds.I go to the teller window at the Sullivan branch and tell the teller I would like to cash these 12 bonds. He counts them and then tells me he is logging me in the system so someone else can help me. There was no one else in the branch at the teller windows except me and 4 tellers.I retrieve my bonds and go sit impatiently in the waiting area for several minutes and watch one or two people go to the four tellers for help. When those people left, all two of them, I go back to my original teller and ask him why tellers don't do bonds at this branch, and I explain my interaction with the Mills Rd branch yesterday. He just said I had too many. He didn't say how many was too many. Too many for an empty branch to handle with 4 tellers?I go and sit down again, and after a several more minutes, MSR Cody helps me with these transactions. He did a fantastic job and was the only good thing that happened in the interaction today to this branch. Kudos to Cody.So I ask Cody what the limit is for bonds for tellers. As I did, the branch manager happened to be walking by and heard the question and replied 10. I then also told her of my interaction at Mills Rd yesterday. I understand rules and standards for branches may be different, but that is a huge difference. I would have kept two bonds and cashed the other 10 if I was ever originally told the limit. Then, I probably would have gotten back in the line of ZERO and cashed the other two or not.Maybe it was just me, but when there are ZERO customers queued up, and four tellers sitting there doing whatever they do when not helping customers, I would think common sense would prevailed and the teller handled the 12 bonds. Maybe it's not so common... common sense that is. SMH.

I had to get cash out of ATM last Thursday night for a trip. The machine spit out a broken twenty dollar bill. The other half was missing. No one in TN would take it. I finally got A restaurant to take it here in Alabama. Everyone kept telling me to take it to the bank and they will swap it out for me. The problem was I would have to wait til the next Saturday to do it. Bank is closed when I’m not working. Did humans actually think I wanted to hang on to it for a whole week? Ugh! I think that burned me up more than receiving the ripped bill. I can’t wait a whole week to eat..
