Young kid with blond hair was asked to color match a piece of copper/brass material. Did not come remotely close to matching. Did not check the color after mixing and friend who purchased did not discover until she got home. I took back to the store and the kid was the only one there. He said he was told to use the “closest match”. Apparently he thinks that light peach and dark copper is a close match (of course he really did not know since he did not check after “mixing”).He has no customer service skills. Had no interest in resolving the issue. Could not return since I only had the card used to purchase in my apple wallet.

My wife and I went In Saturday afternoon to get some paint didn’t really know what to get and Mrs.Norma helped us choose the right paint and product, really appreciate her and recommend her 100%.

Fantastic customer service. Bryan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. They are pricier than I anticipated compared to Home Depot but the quality of product is better and the customer service makes it worth it in my opinion. Another perk is they set up an account for you, so your paint colors save in their system. Bryan also gave me a military discount! Will be coming here from now on.

I came in today and was very impressed by the employee that helped me.I needed to color match some paint.She was able to help me figure out what line of paint, sheen, and how to repaint a wall for touch ups.I would recommend anyone to come to Sherwin Williams.Especially if the young woman from 9-26 is there.

We need more Brandons! He acknowledged me when I came in, helped me get a large sample piece in and out of the store and matched the color perfectly. He was polite, professional and patient with all the customers in the store.

Wilson and Kelvin were outstanding. I had a large sample order followed by a news for ultra deep paints. The store didn’t have it but Kelvin called another store to have them pull and hold the base for me. Definitely one of the best Sherwin’s I’ve been to. It’s also very clean and well stocked.

Excellent customer service. I called from work to order some paint, and couldn't get anyone to answer. They called me back at work and I immediately thought, "Wow, they really do care about customers". They had my paint ready and helped me with a few questions I had. Really enjoyable and refreshing to see people that actually still care about making customers happy and did it the whole time with a smile and great attitude. I will use this location for every paint need I have, moving forward.

This place sucks. The staff is nice but no urgency on their parts. I felt like my purchase and return took tooooooo long and was like pulling teeth. I hate this store! I would NEVER shop here again! Lowe's sells the same paint and they are much more helpful and professional, so that's where to go.
