Very good experience while in the store. Went in with no intention of buying anything. But everything I was told made since. The comfort was amazing compared to what I had. Lee wasn’t trying to sale me. Something I didn’t need.

The gentleman who had contacted me by phone was very friendly and explained about the purchase I was interested in.They had the mattress in the showroom so I could feel how comfortable it was.
He explained everything from delivery to billing and much more.
There were 2 other ladies working with him in the showroom as well. They were also very helpful.
Overall it was a very pleasant experience .
I would recommend that Sleep Number store to anyone.

Every time we work with Shawna at Sleep Number, she makes the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. She is always so friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and wants to make sure they find exactly what they need. We always look forward to working with her — highly recommend!

Love our new Sleep Number Bed! We’d had our previous one for nearly 25 years and felt it was time to replace it!
Robin showed us all the new tech and we were so impressed! She answered all our questions and made the decision easy!
Marco was our delivery guy and did an excellent job removing our old bed and installing the new one. He then showed us how to use the app on our phones.
We’re so glad we made this decision and Robin and Marco made it easy!!!

Lee waited on My Wife and I at the Madison Sleep Number store, clean, neat and professionally laid out store.
Lee was extremely knowledgeable about the mattress business and could answer all questions. He walked us through our needs and concerns very professionally and gave us confidence that we were at the correct place to shop and purchase our bedding needs today. He was very easy and delightful to deal with. We would highly recommend him and Sleep Number to any Friends.
We look forward to receiving our purchase in December. What a blessing it was to have Lee assist us with our purchase.

We loved the experience. We got to try the beds with no pressure to buy. In fact this was the second visit. Now we are awaiting delivery of the product we bought. The staff is friendly and was helpful in making our decision.
