I was not pleased with the return experience of a pillow I did not like. First, there’s almost a bully-like intimidation to not return something before 30 days and if you do “you haven’t given it enough time”. Second, the money should go back on my credit card immediately upon the return (like every other return I’ve made before) but instead I was told it could take an entire billing cycle, which is 30 days, before I see my money. Be very careful when buying from this establishment.

Went in store and purchased a mattress today at 12pm and it was delivered by 2pm, easy in and out process. Shout out to Blake in store! & shout out to Maurice and his coworker (forgot his name) for delivering it. Easy process everyone was so helpful and friendly.

Robin is a great person. I have had my sleep number bed now for over 20 years, and I convinced my brother to go and get one. Robin was very helpful with me in getting some sheets, she was extremely helpful with my brother in guiding him in making the best choice for him. His bed comes tomorrow and he's very excited about it.

We had a great experience at the Madison location. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a smile. They listened to what we had to say. They spent about 3 hours with us answering questions and allowing us to find exactly what we needed.

Lee Heath at the Madison store was awesome! He was so patient with my parents when they went to purchase their bed. He was especially patient with my mother as she has some disabilities. If you are looking to purchase a sleep number bed and you're in the Madison, Al area, I highly recommend this store and ask for Lee Heath.

Ordered 2 sets of expensive sheets 7 days ago and still not delivered! Will not buy/order from this Madison, AL location again as personnel not helpful in location of our shipment.

Ordered a bed thru them three weeks before Easter. Had two deliveries get canceled because of damage at the dock. This went on for two months. I finally canceled my order and went somewhere else. Would tell you to stay away from them.

Robin and Royce are phenomenal. Everything is clearly discussed and disclosed. There are no surprises and service is top notch. I love my bed! And pillows, and duvet :)

I never thought in a million years I would buy a mattress "over the phone"... sight unseen. I worked with Robin at the Madison, AL store and she was amazing. She asked me and my husband some specific questions and recommended a mattress. Still skeptical and concerned, she encouraged me to visit a store in my area (Greensboro NC) to physically try out all the options. We did, but she got it right from the get-go. Her recommendation was exactly what we wanted and needed. I hate to throw around phrases like "life changing"... but yeah... this bed is LIFE CHANGING! We LOVE it and more than once my husband of 25 years has said "this is the best investment we've ever made". Thank you, Robin!!

I’ve had my Sleep Number for about 10 months now, and let me tell you, it changed everything for me. Over the last year I have been dealing with more and more issues from fibromyalgia. I come home from work many days barely able to move. I have the Climate 360 that heats and cools, and it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! If my back is hurting badly, I will go lay in bed, adjust it down to what feels good for that moment, and turn on the heat. After an hour or so, walking is bearable again. If you’re thinking about getting a Sleep Number, DO IT! Run, don’t walk! You owe it to yourself!

RUN AWAY FROM SLEEP NUMBER AS FAST AS YOU CAN. The worst experience I have ever had with a bed. Waited two weeks for the bed to get delivered and "installed". The night it got installed my boyfriend's side of the bed fully deflated throughout the night and was worse than sleeping on an air mattress. We messed with the settings more and even though it did not deflate it was still very uncomfortable so we decided to return the bed. We were then told we had to keep the bed for 30 days before we could return it. Today was our 30 day mark so we called to get them come pick up the bed and they told us they would not pick it up until May 1st and charged us $500!! This is the most crooked company. We were not told any of this stuff at purchase. Absolutely terrible. Don't do it. It is not worth the time or the money. The mattress is now sitting in another room for yet another month just taking up space. Our dog won’t even sleep on the damn thing.

Was a very pleasant experience. Tyler was patient and knowledgeable of the products we tested. He gave us plenty of information and the time to decide on what is a reasonably large purchase. A very low pressure sales experience that was actually quite pleasing. Very informative and low key.
