Had 3 storage units here for 2 years while moving and remodeling a home. Just closed two of them with the third to follow shortly. Had absolutely no issues there while renting. Being able to talk to a live employee via video in the lobby was wonderful. Clean rooms and electronic doors were so much better than combo locks. Would use them again and highly recommend. When we closed our two units Eli on the video in lobby helped my daughter and I check out. We are not very savvy using our cell phones and he was very patient and helpful and had a great sense of humor too. Great place...highly recommend.

StoreEase in Madison is such a great facility! Just moving in today, but TJ helped to make the process quick and easy! Customer service is top notch! I highly recommend checking them out if you are in need of some space at home! Super clean and great rates!

This storage facility is the future, using state of the art technology to keep your things safe in a climate-controlled facility. Even better than that is the staff that works for StoreEase, both Cleo and Greg were very awesome to interact with and they got me set up in my unit very fast and effectively. I'm so glad I decided to rent at this location, definitely try this place above all else!

Cleo lead me through the process to get a storage unit. It was the easiest process to get an unit, so simple. Great customer service he gave. My main thing is that these units are CLEAN, SAFE, AND AFFORDABLE!!!!! If you go any other storage units, you'll pay DOUBLE! I am very pleased with StoreEase Self Storage.
