Just went here for the first time..I had what is called “chemo” hair.. Heather did my hair and she was AMAZING!! She made my hair look so much better, told me what products to use to help manage it.. I highly recommend her, you won’t be disappointed!!

I have NEVER been disappointed with this place. Surprised at some of the negative reviews, as no one has ever been rude to me, nor have I ever been disappointed with any cut or styling done by Heather. Sometimes I wish that I could get a better shampoo, i.e., massage my scalp a little, take more time, but overall quite pleased with the service here.

I had the displeasure of speaking to this lady on behalf of Salon 106. It is my understanding that as a whole of the company you want to present a courteous and helpful team. I was trying to set up an appointment for two days. When I called back again a third time, this lady answered. She was the rudest person I had encountered in a long time. I asked about making an appointment, and she said that Heather had gone on spring break, so when she gets back she will get my message..As I started to say, ok, well, I wish someone had called,...(was not finished talking)I was interrupted..what I was going to say was I wish someone had called and just told me that it would be awhile before anyone would call me back...instead I got an earful from this lady about there was nothing she could do...and just got rude and defensive...I was shocked by this..so I just hung the phone up..I certainly did not deserve that. anyway...guess what she did after that? I guess she felt she had to get the last word...I don't know how these people think...but she gave me another earful about not calling her number again, that they all work alone...well, wasn't that nice??? OMG, I will wait for Heather to get back...I hope she is not there when I set up an appointment...I almost feel like I need to put a restraining order against her..she was extremely volatile..I can see from past reviews she is struggling...

It was very disappointing- I asked for chocolate brown and $120 later I got light pink! They will gladly take your money, but not your disatisfaction!

If awful pink colored hair is your thing and an obnoxious hairstylist is your thing, well then TAKE A CHANCE! If you don't like the outcome, not to worry, she'll offer to do it again, and again, and again, but will say "NO" to a refund! I wouldn't wish this "hair torturer" on my worst enemy!
