My Power Steering went out on my Van last week, two days before Thanksgiving. AAA Dispatched a Tow Truck to tow my Van to the nearest AAA Approved repair shop which was Superior Auto Care in Madison, AL. I had never had Superior service my Van and I was somewhat concerned as I had no idea what kind of work they do.
The AAA Tow Truck Driver, Daniel, assured me that I would be in good hands as he has made numerous tows to Superior and always found them very easy to work with and provided quality repair service.
Phillip, with Superior, assured me they would find the problem, make the repairs and get me back on the road! He was absolutely correct. In less than an hour after Superior received my Van, they had diagnosed the issue: the Power Steering Belt was in shreds and the Idler Belt Pulley would also need to be replaced. Phillip provided an Estimate of the Repair Cost for me. I agreed and authorized them to make the repairs.
Due to the Thanksgiving Holiday, the repairs were not completed until early Tuesday morning. My Van had a couple of other issues which could have been fixed but Phillip advised me that as long as I kept a watch on my Oil and Power Steering Fluid, I should be just fine. He advised me to feel free to bring my Van by to have them check the Fluid Levels in about six months to make sure all was well.
I had such a Positive Experience with Phillip and Superior that I advised Phillip that I think I found a Shop that does good, honest, fair work and would be a Return Customer in the Future. So glad I took a chance on Superior!

I will take all of my business to Superior Auto.
They found the problem immediately and had my jeep fixed in a matter of hours.
They went above and beyond and the pricing was very reasonable. I will give them 10 Stars

A “Michael” gave one star review to Superior Auto. He is lying. Superior Auto was paid by my mother, the owner of the automobile. He is not a client of Superior Auto. We are and Superior Auto clearly communicated rates and service and gave us exactly what we requested, a complete diagnostics of vehicle. The acceleration issues was a mass air flow sensor which was installed and resolved all acceleration issues. The diagnostics were extremely thorough and fair priced. Michael is cheap swindler who swaps goodwill stickers to save a penny. Do not listen to his reviews for anything ever.

I deleted a very recent review out of respect for their service before. But the estimates for this latest work were ridiculous - $350 just for starters to diagnose and tighten heater hoses. But THIS review isn’t just my opinion - they DIDN’T TIGHTEN THE O CLAMP NEXT TO THE MAF AFTER THEY LOOKED AT IT AND I LOST ALL POWER COMING UP THE HILL INTO ARDMORE. I WAS PULLING A TRAILER AND WAS ROLLING BACKWARDS INTO TRAFFIC PUTTING ME IN AN EXTREMELY DANGEROUS SITUATION. THIS REVIEW IS ON YOU SUPERIOR AND IT STAYS!!!!!!

Genuine, honest people that think about the customer’s pockets while still offering great service. Needed a/c service in a car, a different shop quoted me $3K after paying $180 just for the diagnostics. Wanted a second opinion so I found Superior on Google, they repaired my a/c for $700. Freezing cold. I recommend to anyone who needs auto work done.Service: Air conditioning

I broke down in Athens, I was referred to this facility by a client, M&E Car Company in Decatur. AAA towed me here, I was warmly greeted and felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. The got me in, fixed me up and the bill was more than reasonable with amazing turn around time. I might live 2.5 hours away but I have a new repair spot for ALL my cars. Thank you gentlemen
