Good overall but if your medication is not covered, they won't take discount cards. So they end up being more expensive than other places.
I get it from the owners response, but I did end up paying full retail for my prescription and people should know they don't take discount cards. I will say if your insurance does cover it, they're some of the best prices in town.

Best home town feeling Pharmacy in the area. JT and staff will go out of their way to assist and provide excellent services. They can order all most anything they don't have or carry and have the next day. Their prescription prices are cheaper, with or without insurance in the area. Save money and get great services at this pharmacy.

Great service here. Happy with the staff very quick and professional and held on to my medications for me till I was able to pick them up and was the only pharmacy that has the prescription I needed as all others were out . This is the 2nd time they could help me in that way ,so I'd say y'all need to definitely shop here and if the other pharmacies don't have what you need the SureSave will definitely 8 out 10 will

People should totally come here and get their meds. I’m just a scared a dramatic engineering college student who work a lot. But these people made me feel okay and help out when I needed help. Don’t go to Walgreens or CVS - you’re just a number there. Come here. The blonde man might look scary but he’ll always be honest to you and tell you exactly what you need. The staff is really CARING. It’s a safe space. You’ll be okay. Please come support them.

Fantastic local pharmacy chain that knows your name and gives you the personalized, friendly attention that the big chain drug stores don't. I prefer to shop here over CVS or Walgreen's whenever I can. Also, you can call and get a *human* on the phone!I would give 5/5 ⭐️ if I could find a working Android app to let me manage and get alerts on refills and the like (there may be one for Apple) or get solid text alerts. Even so, I'd give the other guys 2 or 3 ⭐️ by comparison.

I could not speak more highly about the exceptional level of customer service and customer interaction received from Sure Save Pharmacy.For my family the customer service started well before we were actual customers. Over the past year we have reached out to the pharmacy staff while navigating different prescription situations and every time they tried their best to help us, regardless if that meant a financial benefit to their business.The only reason our family did not switch sooner was due to the concern of not using a national chain. For us that was a mistake that has now been corrected.It is also worth mentioning that the transfer process was almost as easy as dropping off a new prescription. There is absolutely no reason not to give them your business if you are looking.

Seth is great at customer service in the pharmacy... He knows all his clients by name, anticipates needs, and gets you the rock bottom lowest price on your meds. I always love comming to Sure Save in Madison.. Highly recommend!!
