Worse customer services ever. The tmobile worker horrible customer service. I went to another store great service and call back to make verbal complaints with the assistant manager. As of today no response from the assistant store manager. If you can avoid this store in other words he basically said I didn't know my phone brand and he knows his jobs so don't tell me about my job or phone brand. And of course he was absolutely Wrong. Wrong of my phone brand!!!!

We had an amazing experience at this location. Nathan was superior with his customer service. He made sure we were 100% informed with every detail and catered to all of our needs. He is definitely someone that should be in management. He is definitely a leader in his role and presents 5 star hospitality and empathy.

This store has workers who do not value GODly relationships, truth, or professionalism. Nathan Woodard set up our account one late evening in October 2022. Nathan and Tony worked late to assist us with our account set-up. They were both a joy to work with. Yet, we are still fighting to get our "Bait and Switch" rebate. We were promised two rewards for coming to T-Mobile after leaving AT&T, another corporate raider who took over $20k from us by systematically overcharging our account, fraudulently stealing money from our account, and changing the information on our account when they were not authorized to do so. T-Mobile is not better than AT&T with promises and is refusing to honor the agreement for both rewards, although they realize that they were contractually contracted to honor the promises that they made. We did get a promotional reward of $200 per line. In so doing, someone added to the case notes that we said that we did not want the "Switch and Bait" promotion. Whoever lied like that needs to be de-skilled because we are a non-profit entity and use our funds to help those in need. However, we never got the "Bring Your Own Device" promotion that we paid over $1000 to effectuate. Now, T-Mobile is telling us that our company did not send in the requested information until June 25, 2023, which was outside the 30-day window. Nevertheless, it speaks for itself with indisputable proof, such as emails, texts, and phone conversations that we sent in with the information on the day of the switch, several times after the switch, and even now. When we called last week and spoke to Nathan, he said that his manager, Trinity, at the Highway 72 location in Madison, Alabama, could provide the promised promotions, not the salespeople. But conveniently, she was off and never got back to us, as usual. Now, we are on the line with the rebate department, speaking to Guia who is speaking to Mira from the business care department, about the beatdown we have received for almost a year. Although we spoke to Guia and Mira, we were again thrown under the bus by their referring us back to the store, where, for almost a year, nothing has been done to assist us.

The Employee rocked at attending to us, especially since they were extremely busy. We had to wait a bit but, we weren't in any hurry. We'd been to Athens and they were out of the phones we needed so we headed to Madison.

Rod was awesome! He took care of me and made sure I had everything I needed and explained things in super simple terms. Super friendly and clean! This will definitely be my store of choice!

Workers there are great. T-mobile, the company, treats former Sprint customers horribly.Edit. Always improving? It's been 3 1/2 years since you started changing over. You haven't improved yet. I had T-Mobile about 15 years ago. You haven't improved since then. What do you think you have improved on? Sprint was a great company. Had much better coverage and MUCH better customer service.

Last October, our company left lying AT&T that still owes our company over $20k due to their fraudulent acts where Dale Vick stole our phones with Jose Chula. Under duress, we went back into the lying arms of T-Mobile. T-Mobiles workers proved to be just like AT&T's executive workers like Tonya Johnston, Rhee, and Tremaine who also cheated us. Unfortunately, Nathan Woodard and his manager, Tiffany, at the Highway 72 T-mobile store in Madison, Alabama promised us we would get, what we call bait and switch offers. Our company paid over $2k to AT&T to leave them. The T-Mobile's workers promised that the money paid to AT&T would be returned to us along with a $200 gift card for each line transferred. The corporate customer service put in false account notes stating that we were happy with the $200 per account offer. Who lies like that? So, we just wanted to forget about the over $2k the two liars promised us? Like, no way. Don't trust them. Go somewhere else.

I'm not one to change phones every year and usually keep one until it reaches the end of its life cycle. The Galaxy S8 that I had was no exception. Today I picked up an A54 and Ty was so very helpful. She switched everything for me, even stayed a bit past her shift to do so. Many thanks! Made a "stressful" situation a lot easier.

I recently switched our 5 lines from AT&T to T-MOBILE. The T-MOBILE representative understood and explained each plan, as well as the steps required to port our phones toT-MOBLE, including how the AT&T’s side works. He was honest, professional, and courteous. It was refreshing after dealing with AT&T for years. Additionally, we will save approximately $1,000 per year.

I was at the T-Mobile store in Madison Alabama on 11/1/2022. I had excellent service fromNathan Woodard. I was having a problem with my Apple Watch and he fixed it in a matter of minutes. I also asked him questions about other products and he was very knowledgeable about them all.I have been a WOW and ATT customer for many years. I’m going to stitch everything over to T-Mobil.
