Someone helped me as soon as I walked in the door. As a matter of fact when they were in the back getting my phone another salesperson asked if I needed help. They also took me to the phone I eventually purchased as soon as I walked in. There was another customer complaining about being there 3 hours, not sure of the problem but they were working on it. The reason they got 4 stars instead of 5 is because of T Mobile the company. They have very little product selection under $300. I bought a phone 2 years ago for around $180, the latest, which is comparable is $280 and T Mobile does not give you the block part of the charger (only the cable) which was another $20 that I did not have to pay 2 years ago. I remember back about 10-15 years ago phones were maybe $40 and you got everything you needed to charge it.I had no issue with the store, just with T Mobile the company.

I might have been in a parallel universe when I walked into this T-Mobile store or all prior reviewers (on Google) are just use to getting crappy customer service... First of all it was hotter than hades inside of the store and it must have been this way for some time, as portable A/C units were installed throughout the store with little to no effect on mitigating the ambient temperature. As an added bonus, I was relegated to interacting with a female sales associate who appeared ready to spar with customers... Her attitude was pathetic as were her demonstrated customer service skills. I'm sorry if she made choices in life which placed her having to work on a Saturday in a T-Mobile store with no A/C. However I am a paying customer and although I don't expect her to throw rose petals at my feet I also do not expect to be met with surly and argumentative attitudes. Maybe that's the new T-Mobile business model and perhaps I should consider switching. You know what, I think that after almost fifteen (15) years with T-Mobile who might want to consider changing their name to T-Maybe, I will look for a new provider. To the sales associate whom I will not call out by name, but you know who you are, I wish you luck and hope you make better carrier and life choices in the future.

Waited for 30 minutes nobody said hello, nobody addressed us they just looked at us. I'm incredibly annoyed. The service here is trash and completely rude. Staying this long while being ignored is my mistake.

This new store is great. I went in to get my number changed and I ended up getting a new phone for my daughter. Alexia was the girl that helped me and she was great. Took care of everything very efficiently. All the girls there were great and I got a really good deal on the phone ?Zeke also helped me set up my 5G internet service. Great job. Would highly recommend.

absolutely THE best customer service!! Melo and Tarah were so kind, helpful, and fun to work with! they made the process of switching from Verizon to T-Mobile incredibly easy and super fast while getting me the best deal possible! (which btw was saving almost $100/month). also i got freebies and doughnuts which was an added bonus. 10/10 would highly recommend.

Love this new location. Currently closes at 8, but make sure to come in at leastban hour before if you require data transfer assistance. Zeke gave amazing customer service. Thank you Zeke for being a valuable employee. FIVE stars ? I will visit again.
