Great place if you're looking for storage. I only needed for a couple months to store my daughter's things until she moved back to campus. Tiffany helped me with what I needed and she was very friendly. I will most definitely go back

I deal with Tellus Self Storage on a weekly basis renting different units. Tiffany is extremely helpful with any questions I need answered and getting units prepared for the month.

The Manager Tiffany is the best she is polite and professional she takes care of her customers.She is very good at Solving problems that arise daily at the property with customers.she Makes sure the property is protected.

Imagine patronizing a place for over 6 years and because of a discrepancy in payment, you lose your customer. Tiffany was very professional. We contacted our credit card that is on file to figure out why the payments stopped drafting and was unsuccessful as the cards have not changed. No need to argue… if an additional charge is worth losing that amount x12 months, then by all means, let me take my business elsewhere.

Great location but watched & feel harassed. Will be finding another place bc of medical condition & time left to take care of things before unable to do so, the last thing needed is the additional unnecessary stress & petty harassment. Sad but true.

Affordable prices on all units, great location/accessibility and Ms Tiffany is knowledgeable, personable and very understanding of your needs!!! I highly recommend TELLUS storage at the Arlington location for these reasons and more! You will too!

Great Price. My stuff stayed safe and dry. Staff was always kind and helpful when I came to the office to make payments (my preferred method). Other family members use Tellus too.

We used Tellus at Arlington for 10 years with great service and customer support. Facility was clean, well maintained, and secure. Staff were always friendly and willing to adjust to your needs. A great business with great people.
