This was the first time I have ever been to The Smartphone Medics, and it will likely not be my last. The team was extremely welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about what all they do. I had my phone screen and battery replaced, both of which have made me feel as though I once again have a brand new phone! On top of that, the service was completed in a timely manner, despite them having to work on other customers ahead of me. I am greatly appreciative of Austin, and the rest of the staff! Thank you, for such a wonderful, first time, experience! I will be back!

My SIM tray was stuck and I couldn't get my SIM card out. They were friendly and quick and had it out for me in just a couple of minutes. I wasn't even charged for the service. I really didn't expect that. I know exactly who I will be paying the next time I need phone service. This experience makes me trust that they will be fair with the price of repair whatever the service I may need. I'd give them 10 stars if I could, but 5 is all this rating will allow. LOL

Excellent experience with Smartphone Medics at Madison, AL location. I thought my phone might be DOA but the staff fixed the phone and got it back to working. Staff is very professional, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company for issues related to mobile device repairs.
