picked my furniture out, got it all delivered was nice no issues there at first. since then with minimal normal sitting the recliner and the couch breaks literally every week, I have to call and do a warranty. takes about a month for them to get it done then what do ya know next week it breaks again. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Good selection, just no prices on anything. And when I asked, was told just asking for a price on anything we liked is the best we could do. I disagreed, and left. Just my experience, your mileage may vary.

I ordered and paid for patio furniture on 4/3/2021. I was given a delivery date and was told they would contact us when it arrived. A week past the delivery date and no communication. I called the store and was told it was delayed by a very snotty and rude employee who yelled at me and threatened me. I called and spoke with the general manager who apologized and promised they would communicate with us with updates on when we would get out furniture. I was also promised free delivery and setup as soon as it arrived. Several more weeks of no communication ensued. When I did call them they were beyond rude and inappropriate. Our furniture finally arrives and...shocker...we are going to have to wait at least 3-5 more days for delivery and setup because they did not plan on it arriving so they had no one to deliver it. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! They are the shining example of how NOT to run a business! I have kept all the FB messages I sent them and received from them because this is the only way I could get them to communicate with me. I asked multiple times for the GM to call me but to date that has not happened.

LeAnne helped us with our purchase today and was able to sell us a floor model because we couldn’t wait the delivery time. We needed something quickly. She was a pleasure to work with! We had been to 3 other stores this day and she was the only one that greeted us when we walked in! We will definitely come back in the future if we need other things! Thank you for your awesome service!

I ordered a simple little accent chair back in November 2020. I heard nothing at all until January after reaching out to them. I was told it was back ordered and to expect it by March. It is now mid-April and we have called and emailed and no one will get back to us. I'm pretty sure I got screwed out of $300. I guess I'm just lucky. ?

Furniture shopping can be exhausting and overwhelming. Leigh Anne and Kristina were wonderful throughout the entire process and made as many phone calls as it took to answer our questions. 5 stars for their terrific customer service and prices!

Worst ever. I ordered a piece of furniture in December. They continued to push my order back saying it won’t be delivered until May giving me any excuse that sounded good. At what point do you protect the integrity of your business and refund the customers money but instead tell them there will be NO refund. I contacted my bank who is handling this credit to my account.

Waited weeks, then was told my item was discontinued, took an act of Congress to get my refund, they never called me, I always had to cal them... don't waste your time.

I ordered some furniture from their online store. The delivery was supposed to take a while, but the day before delivery I was told some pieces were being delayed until February (almost 2 and half months after already waiting a month and a half). This was not the issue. I informed them I would like a refund for my order since I couldn’t wait that long. It’s been over two weeks and still no notice of when I’ll be getting my refund. Definitely do not shop their online store if you want your furniture anytime soon or if you want the chance of getting a refund for your purchase. Will definitely be consulting in a lawyer.
