I recently visited Top Nails, and I can confidently say that these are the best nails I've ever had! At 34, I've been to my fair share of salons, but this experience truly went above and beyond.

Superb customer service!! Returned to salon today to address issues. The staff was immediately willing to rectify the problems! Kim did a wonderful job! I appreciate you for the willingness to work with your customer! If I could give 10 ? I would!
Experienced a pedicure which was wonderful. I decided to get an artificial nail set. Originally I had a high review but today one of my nails just popped completely off. When I discovered that it was missing, I also looked at the others. I discovered I have many that are lifting right off closest to the nail bed. I've never experience this issue ever. I recieved service on September 21st. Today is September 29th.

Very good worker service. I took my girlfriend here, They took her right as she came in & she loves her nails. She got short acrylic, squared, French tips with 2 charm bows. & it was a total of 70$. Very good quality, & we’re both happy with the results! Definitely will be coming back!!

I went in a week ago for a simple basic set of acrylics. Within three days 1 had popped off, I went back in and they replaced it at no charge.
but not before the nail tech painted it the wrong color without even asking me what color it was. She even asked me if it was ok to have a different color and seemed to be offended when I said “no”.
Exactly one week after I got them another one popped off. I went back and they replaced it. This morning I woke up and another was gone! I’m not going back again. The distance and time expense is not worth it because It’s not even close to me. I just went there because it got good reviews and it was convenient. I have been getting my nails done on and off for over 20 years and have never never had this happen. I won’t go here again.
Update: I added a second picture now just 10 days after my nail set. How embarrassing to have to walk around like this because the all popped off within a few minutes of each other and I am at work!
I don’t do any work with my hands that would cause them to come off like this. I paid $50 for press on nails.

The service was very professional and my pedicure was amazing. The facility was clean and inviting. Next time I’m back in Huntsville I will definitely go visit again. Highly recommend.

I have gone twice now and the nails were done very well Luke is very nice and doesn’t rush. It’s very affordable, the place is relaxing and nicely decorated. I broke a nail and they got me in same day. Only thing I can say bad was the 2nd time I had my appointment I called to say I’d be 5min late and my nail tech wasn’t even in and no one called me to even say that or reschedule. But they did get me in the next day.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!!! I had Nancy and she was complaining the whole time. She was aggressive when it came to filing the nails with the drill and the filing cube. I asked to see what the color looked like and she rolled her eyes and complained. She cut me with the scissors and with the nail file. My nails look awful and there was a hair in the nail polish that she didn’t bother to take off. I didn’t notice it til after the gel hardened it. The guy said “I don’t see the hair” dude you can see the hair in the nail… overall, never coming back. If you do go, don’t get Nancy.

Stylist: Nancy was great! I've had her before and it's always great! I've had others as well and been very satisfied. Nancy is quick but really great on details & I appreciate that! Nice vibe in this nail salon. It's my preferred place!

I got the skinny French tip which I realized was more complicated than I thought but the nail tech was so patient and fixed every little thing that bothered me and she was so patient with me.

I got an ombré and it turned out very nice.
