I mean just perfect service, if all dealers are like this trucking induatry would be lot better place to work in!Worked with John at the front desk great comunication awesome service desent prices!I had issue with waranty but that has nothing to do with this dealer its KW corporate scam.

Truckworx in Huntsville AL are a group of good people and provide good customer service. My truck broke down a month or so ago as some of you know. They told me it was fixed and ready to go. I got here and it’s pouring coolant, they believe it’s head related and no ETA on when it will be fixed. They feel real bad about it to the point hey are getting me a plane ticket back home. I know it seems as though they messed up but the work that was done is covered by extended factory warranty. They could only do what Paccar told them to do. I appreciate all the effort this Kenworth dealership has done to make things right. Thank you to the good people at this location

I drive a dump truck and I've had bolts to break they have what I need and let me use there tools to fix it several times in the parking lot so I don't have to go home for the day and fix it Great people they really work hard for the working people
