I’ve been storing my RV trailer at U-Lock-It Storage, and I’m extremely satisfied with their service. The facility is well-maintained, secure, and easily accessible, which gives me peace of mind knowing my RV is safe. We were here for 1 year in this storage, the customer service was excellent. The price never went up, it was consistent! This is a very sweet family owned business, they are very helpful. In the beginning when we were moving into this storage our car broke and Mr. Phillip helped is for about 1 hour to fix the problem. We would highly recommend this storage, very great experience and we would come back again!

I’m currently renting a space here, my second time in the last decade or so. My work allows me to visit many storage facilities, but I’ve yet to find one with personnel this friendly and helpful. Factor in the extremely reasonable rates, and I can’t imagine storing belongings elsewhere.

Nearly perfect self-storage. No 24/7 access is a minor inconvenience, but the prices here have been fair and stable since I signed up — no “frog boiling” with infinitely rising prices like the nationally owned chains do.

Excellent staff that’s been friendly and helpful with any thing big or small and available to answer my questions in person. Updating my payment information was easy. Moving to this storage facility was a great way to save money and get great customer service too. 10 out of 10 stars!

I have been using U-Lock-It storage in Madison for several years. The staff has always been friendly, regardless of who is in the office. The gate is secure with reasonable access hours, and I feel they run a secure facility. And I have never felt like I’m being price-gouged with the storage rates. Thank you so much.

It is kind of hard to get a hold of a worker when you call to pay, or just in general, but they always call you back. It's a nice storage facility though. They give you a chapstick when you rent a unit! Lol.
