Not done neatly. Evidence of my old blue polish still visible. When you point out imperfections, they get displeased and start speaking to each other in their native tongue. Will not be back. Can’t find how to post pics.

I've been twice. 1st time service was GREAT eventhough the male owner did not polish my nails good and put a few nail on at an angle I didn't complain. 2nd visit was good as well only negative is the lady doing my nails left so much of my nail unpolished that after a week and 3 days it looks as if I need a fill in. Probably won't be back!!

I go to either heather or Lucy. Heather recommended a cute chrome for my toes to spice up the white, I’ve been in love with them ever since! Very clean, very accommodating, lots of colors to choose from!

I walked in to get a manicure and they immediately kicked me out, saying that they were closed with an attitude when they were clearly open and taking other walk in customers. I will be going somewhere else for now on. Would not recommend

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in my nails. I had to have two nail acrylic repaired and gel nail polish put on. Polish was done very lumpy and was not cleaned up correctly, and dead skin was left around the fingers. Every time I point it out to the man that the nail did not look right he kept telling me that he hadn't filed it yet. My nails look like they've been worn for 2 weeks. When another lady asked me if everything was okay I showed her what I was talking about. He came over and sit down and filed some more and totally ignored everything that I said. He was obviously angry at me and shoved the chair when he left. I realize he said they were one staff short because someone called in, but that is still no way to do business. what usually takes an hour took him about 20 minutes to do. It was the worst job I've ever had.

I go here regularly and the customer service is good. I leave happy with my nails and toes. They take time with their clients!

First time going here and it was the best service I have had. They let me know my other salon was ripping me off by only doing the color acrylic so every time I wanted to change the color I had to do a whole new set. But coming here they took me in and helped me even when they didn't have to. The whole place was very nice and clean as well.

This was my first time at Venus and I was left with nothing but 100% satisfaction! Lucy went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I received one of the best gel pedicures ever and she took her time which is hard to find. She also did a gel manicure and suggested chrome, which I loved! 20/10 recommend!Services: Foot massages

Wanted to leave a review about my services I received today. My nails were done by the owner and her attitude was horrible. My issue is if you don’t t have the time or patience to give a customer the services they need , just say that. The money isn’t the issue. I refuse to give my money to someone that doesn’t care to give you what u desire or send you away with garbage work. Wow it’s shocking you can’t get what you pay for anymore. And may I add the prices are higher and changes. ?. I have never seen any tech open up a pack of sanitized tools! And that’s scary.On the hunt for another nail salon. Maybe if my skin tone was much lighter I would have received top quality.
