Pathetic excuse for a FedEx drop off location. If you are going to limit the package size then advertise that limit. Also, the staff could definitely use some customer service training.

Don’t expect them to answer your calls to the pharmacy. Constantly put you on hold and never answer.

I have been using this pharmacy for almost 8 years, but the current employees and the pharmacists are so rude. They don't relay any information to you, and they take forever to fill a prescription. They recently lost a prescription of mine and were completely unapologetic. I have had enough and will have my prescriptions filled elsewhere. No wonder they are slowly going out of business if this is the type of employees their hiring. Save yourself the headache and take your prescription elsewhere.

Worst pharmacy ever. Not even worth the one star Google forces you to give. Definitely switching pharmacies after today. Do not ever waste a second trying to call them. They just keep picking up the phone and putting you on hold. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost!

My insurance provide this Walgreens and I did not look at the reviews beforehand. This place is absolutely HORRIBLE. Made an appt for vaccines at 3:00p and sat over an hour before being seen. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. How are you still in business with all these negative reviews?! Make sure you verify what vaccination you are getting because they don’t state what you’re getting until after the shot. Some only carry Pfizer and we requested Moderna!

Waited an hour for a scheduled vaccine appointment. Also, they are frequently out of medications. The other reviews aren't wrong-- this pharmacy functions on a very low level.

I have a very poor rating because I can NEVER get prescriptions filled I a timely manner. When I call in for refills I’m giving a pick-up time but it’s not ready. The ones most needed are always late. But when something is ready my phone is blowing up with calls and texts. Then we get there and Again the ones we are (by now) out of, are still not ready. One is Zolpidem a sleep med. it’s controlled so we can’t order until last day before being out and still NEVER ready on time. They continue to ask if we want these done automatically so we don’t have to call in. I’ve always said YES. But again, not happening. We will be changing pharmacies. I have had ENOUGH. I heard on the news a few days ago that a lot of Walgreens stores will be closing. I can definitely see why..

WORST PHARMACY! Tried calling today, they would just continually pick up and put it on hold until it would hang up. Had to get someone who worked UP FRONT to walk back to assist because the pharmacy apparently just doesn't answer the phone if they don't want to speak with someone. I will say whoever works up front was the sweetest person and I'm thankful took the time to do the pharmacy's job for them.

Diabetics should not use Walgreens pharmacies. They DO NOT keep insulin in stock. If you cannot wait at least 24 hours for your insulin don't bother.

Honestly ready to change pharmacy, they must have changed hands 3 or 4 times since ive started. Wated 20 minutes on hold, drove out my way to find out what's the wait, no one was in line the girl had a jacket wrapped on her arms like a blanket looking bored out of her mind, until a gentleman came asked if I needed anything. I am so done with this pharmacy, they are either out of my prescription when I desperately need it, or take far to long for customer service and rude. Corporate or someone needs to look into this location. Kerry.

Awful. If you call, they'll pick up every couple of minutes and without saying a word, stick you back on hold. (Today, I was on hold for 15 minutes.) One time I went, no one came to the window. My wife looked around the corner to find the lady eating a snack looking at her phone. Of course she acted rude when she finally got to the window. They have prescriptions filled elsewhere and shipped to this store, so you rarely get anything very quickly. The rest of the stuff in the store is okay, if not overpriced. However, we have bought a couple of things there that were expired (past good-by date). I would not go here if our insurance didn't mandate Walgreens.
