I wish I could give negative stars. This Walgreens use to be really good, but now it’s not even worth getting my prescriptions fill. There is only one person on the register, with a line of 6 people waiting. All the other 5 employees behind the pharmacy counter are doing NOTHING. THERE IS 2 women chatting with each other. I’ll probably be here for at 20 minutes before I get to the front. THIS WALGREENS SUCKS SO BAD THAT I GIVE IT NEGATIVE 5 stars!! Oh and one just came back sat down and started eating!! Isn’t that why the pharmacy closes from 1:30-2:00 for a meal break. Seeing that made me so mad!! So unprofessional!

Walgreens on County Line and Browns Ferry, and the one on Hughes and Browns Ferry, have ALWAYS been extremely helpful and bent over backward to help us with medications, immunization, and other healthcare needs

I had a frustrating experience with a pharmacist recently. I was told I had no refills left for my medication, but after insisting they double-check, it turned out I did have one. However, the pharmacist then claimed it was expired, which was incorrect as it's valid until June 2024. He then mentioned that, despite being valid, he might need to contact my doctor for a new prescription since it was a controlled substance and the original prescription was six months old. This was confusing and inconvenient, especially since my doctor's office is closed until the new year. The pharmacist agreed to contact my doctor, but the whole situation was quite baffling, especially when I learned that he was the pharmacist after asking to speak with one.

Man is totally rude!!! Need a new pharmacist!! And please don’t send him back to Decatur Al on the Beltline to fill in I think ? he should be fired as of yesterday or drug tested something is wrong with him all I did was ask a question and he jumped all over me tell me to move away I just don’t know how he can work with the public and have a attitude like that

I received an email from Walgreens on Sep 16 Asking if I want to get my Atorvastatin refilled. I replied "yes" and the email said to come in on Sep 17 after noon to pick it up. I arrived at 4:10 pm, waited in line for 15 minutes because the counter person was seeing to all the "drive-thru" customers and ignoring the line in the store. After another person in line complained, another counter person finally help me. He said that no prescription had been ordered even though I had the email from Walgreens. He put in the order and said I would have to return the next day to pick it up. This is not the first time that this problem has occurred at this store. I will pick up my meds tomorrow as instructed, then I will be changing pharmacies.

Walked in as a new customer for the Pharmacy. I was greeted and they looked up my information quickly. They even started processing my prescription from the dentist while I walked back to my car to get my insurance card. Two different people checked on me while I waited. Great service!

They need to close this Walgreens! It is unacceptable on how they treat people. The customer service is horrible and management uphold their employees in this wrong doing. I will never step foot in this Walgreens again!

Every single encounter each month is unpleasant. Medication is never ready on time even if on auto fill. Now I’m being told my doctor closed my prescription. I just called my doctor and they said that is not the case, and not sure why the pharmacy is saying that. Moving all of my scripts to a different pharmacy.

Terrible customer service I see why y'all have a 2.5 star rating. Called to see if they could do passport photos was told no problem come on in. Drive over there, lady was super rude and said her camera wasn't working. She seemed as though she just didn't want to do it.

I went in to this Walgreens give them my son’s prescription from the dr and apparently they give people what kind of medication they want and don’t think about customers health or even if they can take that medication that’s what they did give me the wrong medication that wasn’t the prescription so yea better check very good and look over things really well before leaving and a not on all that the pharmacist that wear glasses I don’t know her name but I’d very ugly to customers and was to me when I try to explain this to her and took another pharmacist to see what she had done so yea be careful going here you may get the wrong medication??

Came to the walgreen to purchase item. Stood there waiting to check out and no that worked there notice. I know someone saw me or should have. So I ask the guy, "are you checking out?" After waiting. He turned around didn't say yes, im sorry, or uttered a word.He never spoke or said anything. Rung me out and said anything.I'm not sure who is manager. But this isnt the way you treat customers

Got my prescription sent there in the morning, I got a text saying it was ready, went there to pick it up and they told me I’d be ready at 4. 6 hrs later I went back to pick up my meds at 4:30, they told me it was still not ready. Waited an hour in the store for my meds that they should’ve had done 8 hours ago! Don’t go to this Walgreens!
